An hour and a half later driver shows up with my beverage but no pizza, um its sitting right there at the shop I bet he says well 2 1/2 hrs later nothing still and there closed now Super Sad! Night before last I ordered some pasta ,after 2 hours the online update said delivered. but no one showed till I called they said they delivered it to a wrong address and they would send the driver to go get it and bring it to me. WHAT?
It would be great if they could update the delivery area in the app. If I call I can get my food delivered, but if I order through the app I can only do carryout.
Unfortunately, this was absolutely disappointing first-time experience with this local Domino's of Klamath Falls located on Washburn. If I could rate it as negative 5 - I would! My "build my own Philly steak" medium pizza LITERALLY had only one little piece of steak on one of the pizza pieces - the rest of the pizza was meatless/steak-less. What a waste of time, anticipation, loss of "good mood for pizza" and, most of all, I love Domino's pizzas and, wherever I lived, I always ordered from Domino's only - but never again would I order from this local shop. Sob-sob in disappointment!
They can't seem to prepare their food correctly. Time and time again the pizza is way too salty. This last time the pasta didn't even have alfredo sauce. That's right. Bare noodles and bare chicken. On top of that they can't seem to set proper expectations. If you're running late to a delivery call and set that expectation. I can't be understanding if I am unaware of what your going through.
I usually order for delivery and they're always good about getting my orders delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
There phone system is rigged in such a way that whenever I call in to place a Order they don't even ask me for my name, they just assume that I am the same person who used to own that cell phone number. So then when I walk in to pick up my order they don't have my name on the actual order.
Standard Domino's fare. I usually go to the drive-thru, but this time I chose curbside delivery. I was guaranteed to receive my order in 2 minutes or less, but that didn't happen. At least I get a free pizza on my next order.
This is the second time in one week we had a pizza delivered to us that was not what you would expect. The first time all the toppings were in on spot and the pizza was burned and the second time they neglected to tell us they didn't even have all the ingredients for the pizza ... poor customer service from the girl who answered the phone, very rude and even lied stating they didn't have a way to call us and let us know it wouldn't have all the ingredients.
The pizza is so good but it was a while because their oven was not working and my grandpa offered to fix it.
PIzza ordered at 7:07 pm. Tracker said it was entering quality checking at 7:20 pm. I called the store at 7:55 pm to find out where our pizza was. Person answering the phone said "it is just coming out of the oven and the driver is waiting for it". Yea right?!When the pizza arrived at 8:10 pm, it was cold. There is no way that it just came out of the oven. The wings were barely warm. My wife's pizza was burnt, yet cold. My pizza tasted good but cold.I was hoping that Dominos here was better than where I moved from. Nope. I should have known.... BTW--what ever happened to their 30 minute guarantee?!EDIT: After writing this review, I am now raising the review to 3 stars instead of 2. The reason--I opened my email and found (sent before I wrote this review) an email from Dominos stating "We let you down. Let us make it up to you with a great deal." When I clicked on the link, there was a choice between 60 points (enough for a free medium pizza) or a 20% off my next order coupon. I call that good customer service.
