Servers Anna & Angelica were attentive, helpful & kind. I had to sit awhile & get some forms done while eating. They were incredibly patient! Thank you to the entire team, and anyone accidentally left out. Thanks to Donny the manager, and cooks Travis & Maxwell. Donny would ask personally if I needed more coffee. Positive team environment. Happy employees, great customer service. I had one of the 55+ meals (chicken fried steak). Good size portions! Delicious food! Everything was perfect! Thank you.
Facility is filthy. Mens room needs to be bleached. Coffee is thin and tasted like burnt ash. This is not a staff issue. It’s a management issues. Dennys is usually “O.k.” this is terrible.And the homeless… it’s distrusting. Remember to vote people.Go to jack in the box instead. You will thank me.
Super slow and they don't come around offering refills. Staff need to learn how to multitask they seem to be running around like a chicken with there heads cut off.Then when we were still eating she comes and just leaves the bill on the table without saying anything and walks away!! Didn't ask if we wanted to order more or needed refills.And this is a small dennys.
No! Not a fan! They don't cook with any type of seasoning which is a big no no for potatoes and eggs. Those are very bland foods that need flavor. The waitress was training someone and we were a big party so she wasn't thorough. We are out of towners and we don't frequent Denny's. She failed to inform us of any additional charges. For example, when she was telling us our options for our meals she failed to tell us that French toast was an additional $3. The way she presented it was as if it came with the meal. She also didn't tell us salsa was extra. Imagine my surprise when we have a bill for nearly $50 for a very mediocre breakfast. We left disappointed and underwhelmed.
Sorry everybody I don't have anything actually positive to leave this time. In the last 3 weeks I've been in here six times. My service has either been non-existent or incredibly slow. Or my order wrong. Tonight I took my son out for dinner and milkshakes and his eggs that came with his breakfast was undercooked. My steak that was supposed to be medium rare was brown throughout the entire thing. Unfortunately this is how almost all of my experiences are here lately. Very disappointed. I would recommend staying home and cooking or Jack in The crack lol?
8 MONTHS AGO, Me,my dad, And my sister went in there to have dinner. Got there at 7:14, And didnt get seated TILL 8:30. There were flies every where even on my food. My dad saw that his burger wasn't fully cook. My dad then got sick. Slipped and fell on the floors in the diner and in the bathroom. Ended up puking when i got home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible. Simply put... the food was meh and It took 50 mins to get our order. Not to mention the silverware was dirty... I was there with my parents and my dad's coffee had food caked on the outside of the mug he didn't notice till after he drank his coffee.... grossss... we complained to the managers and there was 0 accountability.... he used door dash orders as an excuse for the inconsistencies and should have taken the blame on his shoulders.
Our host was pleasant and polite. Our food was hot and service was efficient. We will definitely be going again soon
Everytime I come here, i get breakfast items, it is always good! Our waitress Alicia is amazing, always recognizes me and treats us great! The manager is always nice and tells me hi as well! I havent tried to many lunch items but I do recommend breakfast grand slams! Very good customer service!
I love the staff here. They do very well for being so short staffed at times. In a matter of 10 minutes they can be empty to completely full in the dining room, back to empty. The orders are made correctly and they do really well at double checking everything. I've seen annoying and rude customers, but they handle it very well.THEY SERVE ALCOHOL UNTIL 2AM....just so you know. The food is great as well.The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because sometimes there is a long wait due to being short staffed, but the conversation while you wait is unbeatable.Thank you to the night time staff....you are troopers.
