If you want a solid dried out chunk of ground beef on your burger this the place for you. Loved the burgers here before they remodeled a few years ago. The meat is obviously now cooked in a hot press from both sides squeezing every last ounce of flavor out. In house or drive through, day or night it’s always the same. I’m thinking the line must be for ice cream; ain’t know one lining up for flame broiled cardboard.
Went through the drive through, only ordered two blizzards and nothing else. Neither of the blizzards were the correct flavor and unfortunately we didn't realize until we got home and went to eat them.
Dairy Queen is good for the ice cream and all however their customer service is less then desirable. If the ladies are not gonna be happy and smiling then they are in wrong profession. Don't be snoty with me cause you can't handle how busy it always is
Pretty dirty inside and they've got a serious ant problem by the soda machine... They've had that problem for quite a long time now... I'm gonna guess it's safe to assume that they don't clean the nozzles daily like they're supposed too!
I stopped in for lunch with my son. Watching people come and go. The girls we pretty polite until this older gentleman came in. When he placed his order he clarified that ot is a 6 piece not a 4. The girl return with his and was loud in saying "here is your 6 piece and not 4". Then the gentleman went to the counter to give them the sauce bace and two of the girls were making fun of him in a mean way. It will be a while before I come back to this rude behavior.
We used the drive thru. They had a sign up that we couldn't dine in, totally fine! Im thinking because COVID, can't have many people inside.... Ok. Not impressed when we pulled up to the window. We could see 5 employees. 4 with masks on their chin, not covering their mouth or nose! One of those on her cellphone, one other wearing Dirty saggy clothing, with hands in his ripped baggy pant pockets, Then he reached over to grab an ice cream cone?. The 5th person was the girl handing out the food, the only one wearing her mask ?
The Best Chili Cheese Dogs in Klamath as thier onion rings. Dairy Queen is so much better than McDonald's, Burger King, or any of the others.Just go you will see.???
I could literally taste the perfume of the girl that made the burger. Do not recommend.
I usually get a swirl cone here, half chocolate and half vanilla. Always good the best in town.
