Customer service sucks stood for 20 minutes waiting to get help at the meat service area. Then waited another 15 minutes to get some tortillas. Employees don’t look around to see who needs help or just stand around and talk. Took three people to help one customer. Ridiculous.
I'm sorry but the first time I bought tamales from there, they were ok but when I bought more 2nd time around they were 90% masa maybe 10% meat. I took pictures and showed them. They only apologized but didn't offer to replace them. It's been awhile so I thought I would try again, nope, they haven't changed. THICK DRY MASA - VERY LITTLE MEAT. No third times a charm here. Went there for the first time the other day. Wanted to see what kind of Mexican Bread they had as well as the meat department. Music was loud, but overall a nice store. I had a chicken burrito. The chicken was tender, juicy, & flavorful. Also has a plain tamale so I could taste masa & filling without anything. The filling had a nice bite to it. Not really big, or really small. I've bigger tamales with less filling. Had rice & beans on the side, which were also good.
Bigger inside than I thought.Lots of product's. Had a good time exploring and got good Mexican food right there at the inside restaurant.
