Late lunch. I did not like the pecan chicken sandwich at all. Kept falling off the bread and it was too dry not enough flavor. Too bland. Through most of it away.Loved the salty caramel chocolate chip cookie and dreamsicle Shake.

My wife and I went to Arby's today,we don't go very often because there alot more expensive,don't matter cause food is good and when I asked for a veterans discount the new owner stepped up and said only if your active military and I looked at my wife and said that foreigner M----F-----rSo as far as.im concerned they lost 2 good customers thanks Arby's for saving me a buck

Customer service was excellent. Woman forgot to give me my card back, but when I pulled up she was smiling and laughing with my card in her hand. She was a little cutie. The reason for the low rating is the food was awful. Other than that, A+++

Good beef snd cheddar sandwiches. But the lady taking my order was a bit rude and I felt rushed

We went there during off hours but there was what looked like a mgr doing something at the front with her back to us. She never saw us until another employee told her we were there. The root beer syrup was almost out so we told the employee and he said that they would look at it. Never did. As we were eating an employee started emptying the trash but didn't finish so cans were left pulled out and left with no liner. Just seemed like they didn't care what the restaurant looked like or if we went somewhere else.

This particular arbys is not all that good honestly. One tried to get a job here. Was denied because I’m not originally from Klamath Falls. Which confused me being that the manager clearly looks like they are not from here too. Second,for the last two years that I’ve gone to this arbys; they’ve messed up my order. Today being no different. I asked for a regular roast beef sandwich. What I got was cold meat on a stale onion roll.The drive Thur box is messed up, you cannot hear the team member through the thing. Then when you pull up to get your order. They’re rude to you. Thrusting my change back. Today is my last visit to this arbys franchise. The manager asked me what my problem was in this most hateful tone ever; when I wasn’t even talking to her.I gave her no indication that I was even talking to her. My sandwich was cold and stale. From years of getting a roast beef sandwiches I never did get it with a onion roll. It’s supposed to be sesame seed bun. Such a shame cause there’s not many fast food restaurants in this town.???UPDATE:So the manager Cindy tried to call me, however when she did. A crew member was obviously standing right beside her and I could clearly hear the team member saying that whomever “ always has something to complain about “. I didn’t know if they were talking about me or what. So I hung up. Next time if you’re going to try and make things right with a customer. Don’t stand beside your crew while they’re talking so negativity about customers and or potential customers. I still refuse to go back to this location. I’m appalled by it all.

Horrible customer service and held my debit card hostage. I do not recommend them at all. Their card reader is swipe only. Immediate 1 star review

I had a horrible experience at Arbys of Klamath Falls. Their card reader is swipe only, my cards magnetic strip is damaged so the chip and Tap are my only methods of paying. Due to this I wasn’t able to pay for my meal. Instead they held my card hostage even though I hadn’t even received my meal. I had to demand my card back. They eventually gave it back. I would never recommend this place until they update their way of accepting payment and until they have better customer service.

They do a wonderful job. There beef brisket bacon sandwich is Incredibles highly recommend this fast food Delight.

Ive never had any problem with this Arby's..orders on time and accurate food hot and yummy..they have the meat
