We went there today at 1pm got seated quickly. Got drinks quick. Took waitress awhile to come back to take our order. He ordered chicken salad I got bourbon steak med rare with garlic mash. Then he wanted the combo app.After 5 mins or so waitress comes back to inform me they had no mashed. I was disappointed cause I am not a fry fan. So I went with garlic green beans. App came out it was ok. Then our food came his salad was awful and my steak came sizzling i was impressed until i cut it and it was grey inside not med rare i wanted. The green beans were mushy and watery and not even a hint of garlic.To sum it up it was not a good choice at all.We will not return.
My aunt n 2 cousins went here for my older cousin Leon’s birthday dinner we were one of the first to arrive they were fairly dead it was before lunch my aunt got the salmon n loved it my young cousin had the whiskey burger n made no comment my older cousin had steak something that he loves I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was a cooked tough breast on a bun w lettuce it wasn’t anything like the menu describedI think they r too expensive for the food items n portions you getHave wallet handy if u want a drink here the drinks start at $10.99 but they r hugeThe service was good but very slow being just before lunch we waited 26 minutes for Jenna’s drink
Terrible cleanliness and food service! The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the waitress we were given. In my party of 4, 2 people were given dirty silverware, one of my party members was given riblets that felt like they were left out, another was given a steak made entirely of gristle, and my noodles were over cooked completely. We may have been a problem table but food like this isn't acceptable.
I went there not too long ago for a dinner date with my fiancé, and the server did not bring us menus water or silverware until we asked them to bring it to us a few times. My server was rude and non compliant. Brought the kids food way before our food was done and they forgot one of my side and had to cook it after my food was brought to me. My fiancés. Burger was shriveled up and dry like it had been sitting there for hours, had no good taste or flavor in my steak. I think they need to shutbapplebees down and put a better restaurant there. Like Outback Steakhouse!! And for surely fire the whole entire staff because they suck. Only good thing was the alcohol.
Food was delicious and the wait staff was prompt and friendly. Cost for quality and quantity was fair and they had some fabulous and creative drink specials!
Terrible as always. Waitress did her best with 12 tables as the only server on a thursday and a manager that stood around bsing at the bar. He even just stood there when he saw an elderly couple standing up front waiting to be seated. Food was cold, incorrect parts to it, and steak was rock hard. Waitress was pleasant and doing her best. But once again, I was reminded as to why I don't ever go there.
Great experience! Food was delicious! Not crowded at the time we went. Around 5:30 or so. Our waitress was great! Something for everyone! I recommend ? ?? ??
Sadly the atmosphere is declining, it's to dark and hard to read the menu. The steak was over cooked, even at med well. The salad was turning. But the waitress was super nice and helpful.
My food was good and would have that again.However the meal for the other person was fine steak and overdone as well as hard as brick and I couldn't eve cut his steak. It was replaced but....
My family was passing through the area and stopped at the Applebee’s by the college. The service was well below par. When my husband got his meal, it didn’t even come close to the picture on the menu. He pushed it aside after noticing something didn’t taste right. My meal was a total disaster, I had to go vomit after eating a few bites of the chicken concoction I ordered. We both were sick for the rest of our 3 hour trip to Eastern Oregon. Avoid this place all together. For your health! ?
