Normally the boba is completely soaked. Today I came there early around 11 the Boba was not presoaked and was hard and dry in the middle. Now I am drinking it with a small straw so I do not have to drink the boba. The oolong tea is really good but I will not order with boba again.
I have been here many years and really enjoy drinks and food here. You can ask for samples of coffee/ tea drinks if you’re like me, not sure what you want and they’re happy to give you one.I was at the store at peak hour and all of the workers worked very hard to push out the orders. It’s worth the wait. Their customer service is always the best.
I paid 45$ for 2 meals and a drink, then waited 20 minutes for a semi decent meal. There was a sign on the counter that said “we will remake a drink if there was a mistake however will not remake a drink if you don’t enjoy it” which makes me unhappy with the business itself. This pretty much implies they don’t care if the drink is good or not and they don’t care about the customer enough to make them what they thought they paid for. Last time I visit zero degrees, which is a shame because I used to love it there.
Had the seafood box today, wasn't expecting much since I was hungry and just wanted a quick snack but it's some of the best I've had, the calamari and shrimp were crispy and had great flavor, will be coming by again soon :)
Love the calamaries with shrimp. It's good to enjoy with sugarcane . Sometimes must wait long in line but it's worth .Friendly staffs
I've been here a few times before today but I've never been treated as badly as now. They must have gotten new management or something. We stood for ten minutes waiting to order even though we were the only ones in line. They were busy with online orders- fair. However. After ten minutes I asked if I could make my order and the girl said "it'll be 15-20 minutes" and I said "15 to 20 minutes for what? Ordering or waiting for food?" and instead of answering she said "you can just come back tomorrow".I've never been treated this way and told that i should come back another day when the place doesn't close for another 3 hours. This was such an awful experience and she was so rude that I am never coming back here again. T4 and Bubble crunch just down the road are SO much better and have better flavors too.
Okay, got the mangonada ordered online with the mango twist add on and a tamarind straw. I did not get either of these things added to my drink for an extra $3.50. disappointing
I had a great time to date out and enjoy food and drinks with my friends. Their popular items are popcorn chicken and Hot cheestos elotes. Variety flavor for your choices !! I often make order with mangonada .Price raised since i have been there , easy understand everything going up and their drinks very fresh, always included fresh fruit chunks not frozen chunks. Today i have tried Regular Milkshake and XXtraflaming hot cheese FRIES. Very cute drink and so creamy fries. Love it so muchh.
