Suppose to be open until 3am on saturday night. They took orders from 4 cars in front of me and decide they want to close at my car with more cars behind me. I'm pretty sure closing time isn't at 2:17am. I asked about my mobile order and got cussed at. I believe the exact words were "Me no mobile order, me no knotting. Me just FU%&$ing closed!"
The five layer burrito was skimped on the refried beans and the entire content seemed a little skimpy because the burrito is smaller than I would like, it's literally about the same size as a cheesy Bean which is way cheaper and that's not right. I have a picture of it. Also my 150 penny cheesy fiesta potatoes is skimped out at least an ounce or two of potatoes and I have a picture of that. And last but not least my crunchwrap has not as much stuff in it as you would think, in fact I think every single item that they gave me at this location is at least 2 oz lighter than the average Taco Bell product. And this is also the same with their crunchwrap that I got here at Embrie drive Taco Bell about 2 oz less filled than normal and I have a picture of it.
I work night shift nearby, and sometimes go to this location since they're open till 3am. I put in my mobile order yesterday at 1am and the app accepted it because it's supposed to be open. I get to the place, and it's closed. Nobody there. Check google, yup, still listed as open. Check the taco bell app, and yeah, still says it's open there too. A friend who works at the same place went there at midnight tonight, 3 hours from their listed close time, and guess what, they were closed. So what gives? Management's just okay with closing a few hours early? Makes me wonder how many late night people have wasted their time driving there recently.
We ordered our food in advance last night on the app for 2 people. They forgot 2 orders of Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, they forgot our hot sauces that we requested in our order, and the food seemed old and not heated at all despite being busy. My $5+ steak quesadilla that I paid for extra cheese had almost NO cheese, the cheese that was there was only partially melted, and they didnt bother putting creamy jalapeno sauce on it either. My first pre-cut piece of quesadilla had NOTHING in it. No cheese, steak or sauce. The other 3 pieces were so flimsy, I cannot believe that. All of our food was cold despite living 5 minutes away and there was barely any meat in the burritos or tacos. This used to be my favorite taco bell within 20 miles and now it's easily the worst, after several bad experiences I cannot take anymore.I could go buy ONE beef burrito from an authentic restaurant and it would have more beef in it than all of our tacos and burritos combined on a $25 order. I'm not exaggerating.
They are on it here. I have been to tons of Taco Bell locations all over Oregon since I travel for work and this has been the best and most consistent place I have ever been to. Everything just tastes good. The employees should be paid more!
TB did a fantastic job today! To your car ordering! Our food was made packed full and warm when we got home! The best by far service and food of any other Taco Bell!!
The only reliable fast food place opened past 1 am nowadays that matches their hours online. And it's like everything is prepped fresh, I ain mad. And the workers are chill or high, but either way its chill and open late on weekends to serve the work hard play hard peeps
Why was the lobby closed for no reason ? They had me waiting outside for 10 plus minutes for my pick up order and tried to get me to walk through the drive through , theres nothing online nor on the stores walls or windows displayed and when i asked why tjey closed the lobby at 5pm without any sorts of heads up to the customer they said it was because they had a long line. Super unprofessional
Unbelievably rude. I asked for Diablo sauce in the drive thru window and she quickly told me it was in the bag and closed the window without letting me say anything. I thought this was strange since I hadn’t asked for it yet. I pulled out and there was no sauce.I got out of my car and went inside (waited at the counter not speaking) and the same girl started laughing at me really rudely and slapped my Diablo sauce on the counter and walked away without saying a word. This means she heard me in the drive thru and INTENTIONALLY did not give me it. No sorry or anything
Normally, Taco Bell is fine in my book. However, this location happened to be closed and showed no signs of it being closed. 5 cards deep and there wasn't a message anywhere stating they were closed. Then an employee walked out of the restaurant and stared at us in the drive-thru. I politely asked if they were open and he refused to answer my question. He literally ignored me and shook his head. After he finished swearing at me in Spanish, I then told 10 different cars behind me that they were indeed closed.
