Apparently drive through is the only thing that matters here now. Stood at the counter and just watched 4 people making orders and the drive through going non stop. Finally I just asked if someone would take my order and the drive through person said to wait even longer until the cars were taken care of. She recommended using the kiosk but still… with at least 5 people working, how do you not have someone to handle the front register?
I like ? and they got good food plus I don't have to wait long for my order. Then employee are very nice and helpful. I'll give them an A+ for there great service.
I had eaten at this location of Taco Bell before, and had very good luck. Today, however, I went in and was all but ignored, and then when the young man came to take my order, he charged me almost $3 for a simple bean burrito. I ordered two, and a small Coke, and it was almost $8. That is ridiculous, I remember bean burritos at $0.79 a piece, less than five years ago.He then told me if I had pre-ordered, I wouldn't have to wait, but that it would be just a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later, as the other assembly line was cooking for the drive-thru orders, he finally grabbed a couple of tortillas himself, slopped some beans and green sauce on them, with probably five strands of cheese on each one, wrapped them up, threw them in the bag, and sent me on my way. When I said thank you very much for your help and your time, he just grunted and turned around and walked back to what he was doing. This kid was skinny, young, probably in his early twenties, if that, and very rude at best. I will never go back to this location again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, and this was the second time I have left this place disappointed in the past. And just to let you know, the burritos were horrible, I don't know what they're doing to their tortillas now, but they taste and feel like rubber, and have absolutely no flavor. I prefer the old days of Taco Bell, with an open folded over burrito, not something that looks like a pierogi. Horrible food, horrible service, never again. Good luck!
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell stores. Usually no drive through wait, and the food is not skimped on portion size. The one in Cornelius is usually a lot busier and longer wait.
Consistently Taco Bell!!!This one is Usually pretty fast but this night was a very long wait. However for the long wait they did offer me a free large soft drink. Very Good customers service
I ordered nachos and cheese and when I got home and ate a chip , it tasted disgusting!! I couldn't even swallow it.. it tasted so bad as if they had never changed the oil thru fried it in.. also my chalupa was over fried, it was hard.. I am never going back !
Every single time I stop at this Taco bell they mess up my order. I asked for the Vegetarian menu items with NO cheese as our Daughter has to eat Vegan food for medical reasons. Well, we got home and her tacos were loaded with shredded cheese. This type of thing happens literally every time I go there. Then I get honked at or asked to pull forward if I stay at the window and check each item individually. We go to the Forest Grove Taco Bell whenever possible because they actually care. This location in Hillsboro is awful. 1 star because I have no choice but to leave 1 star. Would rather leave zero stars.
Love Taco Bell, services was a little slow at night, but not complain!
This is a newer building that is very spacey and modern. I like it. Buy it's closed due to covid for drive thru only.
Would be great if they would give you your full order the first time instead of forgetting part of it so you have too go back and and get the rest of it
