This place has some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Their hand-shaven noodle is out of this world. If you ask for it hot, they'll give it to you hot. The serving sizes are massive and absolutely worth the money. Flavor is immaculate, and it is ALWAYS super hot even once it's delivered. Probably the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. I could not recommend this place any higher.

This is our regular Chinese place to order from, it's REALLY good food for the money. Portions are very large. Staff is very friendly and fast. Pictured below is beef chow mein, ma po tofu, and beef fried rice (in the background of the third pic).

Good service and good price Chinese food, hot kidney flower and chopped pepper fish are very delicious, very cheap. It would be better if you could use less salt?

Good food. Really like twice cooked tofu and sliced beef in hot&spicy gravy.

Has really gone down hill since the start of the pandemic. Had their crispy noodle combo. Almost all sauce with very little noodles and beef and chicken. Almost no shrimp which was not even fresh, I think it came out of a can. Wife ordered beef noodle soup. It was so oily and bad she could not eat it.

Green onion pancakes were spot on! The sesame chicken had the sauce separate but... Still good, no complaints. I would avoid the sour potato dish, I've had it elsewhere and loved it but I think it's maybe something they should discontinue, bc I couldn't even force a little down, and I was starving at the time

My first clue should have been no one was eating there. Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Battered chicken with zero flavor and sweet and sour and hot mustard in packets given to complete this inedible dish. Complete waste of money. Management should be ashamed of taking peoples money for this excuse for food. Stay away.

We moved to Astoria from Pittsburgh, PA last year and I've been dying for Szechuan food since. I was so excited to try this place and we stopped for lunch during a work trip to Portland. The service was hostile. The young man waiting on us was clearly unhappy to be there and a little belligerent as a result. He seemed irritated when we wanted to split the daily special between the three of us, as an appetizer. The Crawfish in Hot & Spicy Sauce was freezer burnt AND overcooked. The Chong Quin Chicken was good but not the "dry fried " style of cooked chicken I've encountered at other Szechuan restaurants. THE chicken and basil was super heavy on the basil. And my partner's General Tso's Chicken was very good as well. The vegetable egg rolls were heavy and doughy and strange. I'm hoping to find a better spot to satisfy my Szechuan cravingin the future.

We drive from the inner eastside of Portland to get from from this place. My fave is the hand shaven noodles and pretty much any shrimp dish they offer. Also, their dry cooked green beans??? My favorite veggie dish ever.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My family tradition is to go for Chinese food on Christmas Eve. My husband and I made a reservation for 5 pm since we dine with small children and don't want to disrupt the dinner rush. We arrived on time and we're sat immediately. We ordered an appetizer knowing how hungry our kids get and how an appetizer can keep them happy. At 5:48, after asking 3 times where our appetizer was, we finally got the appetizer. As we were eating it, two of our six entree items were brought. By 6:05 we had 2/6 items and no sign of additional items coming. Other families who came in after us were fully served and enjoying dinner while my family waited. We finally decided to leave and take our food to go. They STILL didn't have our items! This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a very, very long time. Bright spot??? My two young boys didn't throw fits when they didn't get their dinner.
