I was very specific when ordering for my group of coworkers that I wanted all sandwiches plain and all condiments on the side. I requested some pickles and banana peppers on the side too. My condiments were forgotten and they chose to put the pickles and peppers on the sandwiches, the thing I clearly asked they not do due to picky eaters. They were a couple of nice kids working there but it really really added hassle to my already very busy day.

This time they didn't have a veggie patty. Also when they wrapped the sandwich it was loose and it fell out and it felt like there was too much sauce when I asked for chipotle sauce. I did get a small bag of some Cheetos as compensation for the missing patty, but it's definitely not the same as a veggie patty, what a bummer. That was definitely the deal breaker as soon as I started eating it. And when the wrap comes open or loose where everything falls out, was very extremely undesirable! I feel ripped off. Also when I tried to pay with Google pay I used my normal debit card but the numbers that it said in the app after I was done trying to purchase the sandwich had different numbers than the numbers that were on my debit card. It still works but it's real cheesy then my debit card numbers work in the app recept, instead some other setting numbers possibly from my past or something. And that was an exceptionally big bummer, why is it like that?

Went in a few times during the day, the sandwiches were tasty and fine. The only way to order is with a kiosk which is okay but it seemed to be frustrating the other customers and employees. There was no music playing and it wasn't the best dine in experience due to the robotic atmosphere

They said they are out of Tuna today after I waited for my order. I ordered on the screen, it should have been updated. When they say they don't have it, I asked for refund and the girl didn't refund the tip. Cheap place, why am I charged a tip when there is no service or no food? Will never be back here.

While I was waiting I heard a team member tell their coworker they didn’t want to make a sandwich because they make them messy, but then proceeded to make my sandwich. After submitting my order on the kiosk, my sandwich was made and presented, and I was told that 50% of the veggies I ordered were not available and that they made the sandwich anyways. I asked for a refund and was told that they could not do that for me. Worst service, team members don’t show any care for their customers one bit. It’s pathetic to think that’s a good business model.

I'm rating this Subway based only on our last order. How good the food and service is depends on who is working. This last order was bad. The sandwiches were thrown together and fell apart as they were unwrapped. When ordering online there is a "special instructions" box. I always ask that all sandwiches be labeled. I'm not asking for a list of what's on them. A simple H for ham or T for turkey or M for meatball etc would do but that seems too much. So we have to unwrap and dig around to find what is what. Also I ordered 6 cookies and PAID for 6 cookies. I got 1 cookie. This is a good way to not have to bake some more. We've been asked to buy local but if this and higher prices are what we get why bother. I sent a review to Subway but have heard nothing. Good luck.

Suffers from overnight staffing issues with high problems with no call, no shows.High staff turn over will likely result in your order being a good 20-30 minutes late past the expected pick up time.Only went because Jimmy Johns closes at 9pm.

This is the second time in a row I’ve had issues with my order when ordering online for in-store pickup with this specific store. The first was a bit understandable because the Uber driver grabbed the wrong order (my order), so it wasn’t there. So I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food to be remade. (1 hour in total). This time was unacceptable though. I went in after waiting the 20 minutes, there were ZERO customers in there, the two workers were just standing around talking, meanwhile my order receipt is sitting on the counter, but the food had not even been started!! So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes again!!! (40 mins in total). I also paid extra $ for mozzarella on the meatball sandwich and they put parmesan cheese instead.
