I know it's all timing but we ordered online and went to pick it up 35 minutes later at my scheduled pick up time. Sandwiches weren't made because they needed to know what replacement bread I wanted since they were out of the I've we ordered. Fine, making the sandwiches now they're out of a main ingredient for one, then, it just gets worse. . Finally asked for a refund from the annoyed customer service rep. I never seemed satisfied with the online order, the sandwiches are never consistent. To be expected I suppose.
I hate coming to this location. One person running the counter and drive through. I was not greeted when I walked in. And the girl working is new and very slow.I walked out. Terrible service
Its a great spot for a subway, just need more attention with supply & products ability. Also the employees lacking of motivation. Please, i would like to come and eat here more often!
Horrible service literally sit in drive through for 10 min no other customers not even in lobby let and went to forest grove subway they have way better quicker service
Took 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and I was the only person there...
We have gone to Subway a number of times. We always get a salad. They have the most tender and delicious chicken. The salads are filling and sooo good.
Decent and clean
Saw someone order 25 cookies and the employee strait up gave her all 25 cookies without complaint . Now that is excellent service.
Accidentally ordered to this location. I tried calling for an hour to get the order canceled but nobody picks up...lost 8 bucks because no one will answer the phone.
They forgot to put cheese on both sandwiches and didn't provide any napkins on our drive thru order.
