Let me make one thing crystal clear I am MUCH MUCH more of one that drinks at Tim Hortons then Starbucks and unfortunately this one supported that idea when while I was in there two of the employees were checking the milk to see if it was expired by smelling it. Doesn’t anyone check the dates anymore or at least get rid of it BEFORE the quality or freshness is questioned? The only reason I didn’t say anything is because of pure shock. Starbucks district should get on top of this especially with the prices they are charging.
Staff here is way better prepared than at all others nearby... So service is superb!Momo has done an amazing job and got recognized for this regionally. ?Nikola and the rest of the team are an EXCELLENT people. ?Also, this location has not experienced supply issues like other locations, which tells me they are managing much better their inventory.Honestly, I drive out of my way to pick up coffee at this Starbucks location. ?#ruizmedina⭐️
Very bad service today. I waited 10 minutes for my food. The egg bites were burnt with black crust on the outside, same thing with my pumpkin loaf! I have never received burnt food from Starbucks. Grande iced coffee was full to the brim with ice, I probably only received a 4th cup full of coffee. I usually go to this location between my shifts at work but I probably won't be back. I'm very disappointed.
I don't understand why the chai lattes are inconsistent. Sometimes lots of spice, sometimes very little, but overall pretty good.
Horrible. I did a mobile order and it went through. I go to pick it up 5 minutes later and they are closed and had signs they closed at 6 due to staffing. They are supposed to be open until 8. I can see people in there but they won't come to the door and talk to me. They finally do. I ask for a refund and they won't. Absolute jerks. I will be speaking to the manager this week.
The employees at this Starbucks are always so so nice! Anytime I go I have a great interaction

I walked in with a full visor that completely covered my face which is within state regulations I stood there in front of a bunch of people when it was my turn the girl said if you want to order some thing you have to put on a mask you can go to the back of the line and get one in front I will never dark in their door as long as I live this is completely out of control with a bunch of power-hungry kids
