me and my daughter go to this place a lot, she loves to buy their drinks and the music and vibe there is so nice. totally recommend going there and buying their drinks! Awesome service btw.
This is the worst green tea matcha I ever drink. I ordered iced venti green tea matcha with soy milk and only 3 scoop of matcha drink tea powder. That’s what they gave me. They told me they change the new brand of matcha which is terrible.
This is the last time I am going to this location. I figured I would give it one last chance since it’s close to my work. I showed it a picture of the drink my wife wanted and it was completely different and a huge disappointment. The green tea drink was almost seven dollars but it tasted watery and barely tasted like matcha. As for my cold brew, the taste was horrid and barely any salted foam. The worst part is I waited nearly 14 minutes for my drink. All the employees there seem lacking in energy and the vibe seemed gloomy. No one greeted us walking in. Worst drink and customer service here.
I once went here for lunch while going on vacation getting the pb&j protein box being vegetarian and loving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches only to be disappointed noticing they only put one half of the sandwich in there and they clearly haven’t made the sandwich fresh seeing how brown and mushy it is, I felt spat on.
It's a Starbucks and they are frenetic at best.A tiny thing in the order got messed up. One clerk was giddy to help. The other seemingly offended that she could have misheard scone/muffin. Understandably incredulous. In the end. It was rectified, life moves on and the coffee ☕ flows on tomorrow...... like water across a smooth stone.

I just think they need to step up their game a little. Whoever made this order, just threw the egg bites in the paper bad without the little brown tray. Oh, and no napkin either.
They have this limited thermal bottle which is really pretty and has an eco friendly design
