Slowest drive thru ever!! Tried to give it the benefit of doubt. Been coming here every morning for 3 weeks guess I will switch back to Black Rock
Staff were amazing, service was fast and competent. Clean, bright, warm. I like going here but don't often have a reason to, it's usually in the opposite direction from my usual destinations.

Nice place. Affordable drinks. Sometimes it can get busy and loud in there, I know I've felt as if the customer rep was hollering (almost yelling because of a blender or constant coffee grinder) at me over the counter in general at places like these, but this one was very nice. They do a lot of volume, they have a drive through, so they are hustling everyone else's drinks out too. Friendly staff, who take the time to notice you and say hi. You have to bring in cash to tip here, you can't tip on your credit card (unless you load money on their Starbucks app and use the in app tipping feature). The staff would possibly double thier income if they could take credit card tips, but it slows down the transaction (it takes like 4-7 seconds longer per person) and so the owners don't want to burden the drink-making-flow. The pumpkin muffins are a must try. At least I like them. Mellow pumpkin flavor and a good amount of cream cheese in the middle, just try one!
The lady who worked at the drive-thru October 26th sounded high or completely hammered and kept asking to repeat our order. Need to work on supervising your staff.
Coffee was great and so was the staff. Would have been a five but the line was so long and there was no option to order ahead here either.
They didn't have what I wanted so they comped my next order! I was pleased and surprised! Thanks ladies!
Like most Starbucks, this location is experiencing severe supply issues. Staff is always nice and apologetic. Although sometimes I don't wish to talk about how my day is going. Other major issue is the ever increasing traffic. From opening till 3 hrs before close, it's very difficult to turn into location. The line of cars for drive-thru is long and often blocks cars that are parked. Best to park in the parking lot above and walk down to the store. Even better, order online and park and you'll get your oder faster and not get stuck in line and disrupt other customers trying to get in/out of other businesses in the area. Good luck.
Shop was clean and everyone was friendly. Food was delicious.
