Dropped in today to get a simple black coffee, nobody in the store (guests) and I sat for 10 min waiting before I just left.. Keep the money I wont be back

We went today 12/17 at 8:50 npm and my sister who’s 5 months pregnant and my 4 year old son were craving a cake pop and they were closed early. Not acceptable not happy.
Habitually the Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to and keep coming back because it's the closest one. It's a mystery why this one is so slow co pared to every other location.
Asked for a Carmel macchiato and got trash. No flavor or sugar just warm coffee and milk.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE YOUR HOURS GIVE THE COURTESY OF GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS A HEADS UP!! Drove 30 minutes to get a coffee to find you changed your hours overnight to 9pm when I was there just last night at 10pm!! Get it together!!
