Great Customer Service. They made a wrong order and quickly fixed it again by giving me a different drink as I wanted with a smile.
Customer service is pretty nice. But I asked for extra ice so my drink wouldn’t be so milky and light, specifically I asked for milk to the middle line instead of the top. They just put extra ice on the label, they didn’t actually put extra ice in the drink though. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

The original starbucks in SEATTLE (off 1st st. to be specific. I think that's the street) doesn't even come close to how great this Starbucks is. Ever wonder what Portland, the city of coffee, would be like in it's ideal perfect coffee shop? Well this is it. This is coffee bean heaven. And! Their soap in the bathrooms are great. I'm not sure why, or if it makes the coffee better, but it does. Smh, Starbucks off 1st st... Or Pike st.? Anyway, visit this coffee shop THEN go to target if you're doing shopping. Not trying to compare coffee shops or hand soaps here, but this one take the #1 award for sure. For coffee and soaps. And this girl names Liz is always there? She's great, too. Don't know if she grabs soaps from bath and body, but here we are. Thank you all for being amazing and bringing the best Starbucks experience ever. *Coffee and soap emojis*
This location in Hillsboro was open on Christmas Day. What a life saver! The staff is always so friendly and nice. Conveniently located with a drive thru too!
Stays open until 10pm, and you can sit inside! Need I day more?
I have been a frequent patron of this Starbucks for years, especially now that I work just down the street. It's gone through a lot of changes, but it has always been a nice, reliable place to drink coffee and get work done. The staff are friendly and the space is clean and comfortable.
Made me pay for two drinks they couldn’t even make the first one right so irritated just go to a different Starbucks they need to not have people at the front who don’t know what their doing
The store employees don’t make you feel welcomed. The young woman who had blonde hair who was working the night at 8:30pm on 09/05/2021 didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She made my drink and then started to sit on the counter and when I looked up she told me she made it. I paid $6.35 for this drink mind you. 2 star review and will not come back to this location. The rest of the staff have the same attitudes it seemed like.
I love this place, when ever I got off ,I spend time here with my favorite latte , guys are awesome and friendly,
