Favorite restaurant in Beaverton right now! We have tried a lot of the menu and have enjoyed the variety, which they do extremely well. We especially loved both the green papaya salad and the mango salad with sweet sticky grilled shrimp! Also love the Vietnamese iced coffee. The savory crepe is another favorite as well as the summer rolls and soups!
Great place, simple clean atmosphere. The food tastes fresh. Pleased with our meal and I'm picky. The meat in the vermicelli salad was good, sweet. We tried shrimp salad rolls and they were nice and fresh.
Best pho in Oregon hands down, I've been to over 20+ Vietnamese restaurants and this is by far the best. The coconut tofu rolls are a must have, and the server is always accommodating, super chill & friendly!
We ordered take out from here the other day. The items ordered included: Beef pho, lemongrass beef, and Saigon Combination (grilled chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp with vermicelli noodles). The beef pho was packaged well with the noodles not being overcooked. The broth was slightly a bit sweet, but still good. The winners were the other two dishes as the meat had really good flavors. I would definitely get those items again.
Ordered food here (To go) at least 3 or 4 times. Food has always been great. Decided to take my family here but actually dine in. Ordered the usual Pho, coconut spring rolls, and drunken crispy Chicken. When the glasses of water came, there was food residue ON AND IN the cups ?? and all the plates had food residue on it as well SMHHHHI told the waiter and he came back with some more plates...I’m not going to lie, the food was good but checking and analyzing all the silverware and plates to see if they were dirty made my dine in experience so bad. I couldn’t even focus on eating. I don’t know if their dishwasher is broken or they just don’t care to check their plates but if I ever order here again, it will definitely be take out where I know the plastic boxes are at least clean and never been used.I don’t ever write bad reviews but this is for the restaurant to see so that they can fix their problem and not disappoint future customers. Just please make sure y’all dishes are clean.
Everything I've ordered is delicious, especially love their pho and spring/summer rolls. I've only gotten take out & they will get very busy so order before dinner hour, don't be surprised to wait up to double the time projected when picking up if it's during a busy time. It tastes fresh every order and I find it worth the wait.

Epic place! Great service, fantastic food. Definitely ask for extra special spicy sauce. Oxtail pho is a serious winner.

The Saigon Bowl was truly great. I have been driving by this little eatery for a while now and decided it was time to try them out. My amazing girlfriend and I went in for dinner. The service was prompt and friendly. Everything on the menu looked so good it was truly hard to decide what to order, we wanted to order almost everything. We ended up getting the salt & pepper calamari and the coconut Summer rolls for appetizers. Then the beef brisket Bo kho soup and the lemon grass chili chicken. The exotic flavors and beautiful plaiting was a step above. We will be revisiting the Saigon Bowl again to try the rest of the exciting dishes on their menu. The take away here is that if you put things off you just never know what you're missing out on. Be inspired, be happy, mindful and above all be the best you.
