did not have the morbius pizza with morbius sauce. I called earlier and asked for the morbius pizza and some young man answered and told me that they didn't have it. By this point I just said sorry and hung up. DO BETTER we all want the morbius pizza it's not too much to ask for please
The lady manager or owner always throws something for free can’t complaint, pizza is really good as well.
Ordered pizza online for delivery at 6 p.m. 2 hours later and still NO PIZZA!! When you call to inquire about your order you get the rudest teenage boy ever! He sounds like he doesn't know how to do a basic task! DO NOT ignore the bad reviews here. Worst pizza place ever! Now I get to go through the process of getting my money back. I don't even know how this place is legit open? Seriously, call the store and ask for anything and you will understand all the bad reviews here. lol.
Had a wonderful experience here. The service was incredible. I would absolutely recommend dining in, they made myself and kids feel right at home.
Tried ordering online and showed 180 minutes wait time. I was waiting in the car for my fiancee to shops at Safeway and saw there was no cars or people waiting. Figured I'd call and put in a order, they said an hour wait for a small pepperoni pizza. Didn't place my order but continue watching as there was not a single customer within the 30 minutes that I was waiting and watching. My guess is the worker or workers didn't want to work. If I was owner/management, I'd check your sales because the workers are definitely driving away business.
Ordered lunch at 11:49am. An hour later at 12:54 I get a message that they are transferring the order to Doordash. Doordash then says the driver won't come pick it up for 30 minutes. Then they didn't bother to write my apartment number. I had to call the driver at ask where they were after they sat in the apartment complex parking lot for 10 minutes. Needless to say the pizza was cold. Won't be ordering out again. ?Emailed. Never got a response. ☹

Not a clean environment to make food, I just got fired from this location and I would say take your money elsewhere. Too pricey, don’t follow instructions, vegetables aren’t wash before prepped. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen because no one knows how to work the system.
This location is beyond awful and has been every time I've been stuck ordering there.The most recent time, they didn't follow my instructions - asked for very light sauce and got a ton of sauce, and also asked for a ton of extra cheese and sausage (which I paid a ridiculous amount of money for) and they didn't follow through on that either.Worst of all I'm really concerned about their quality control because with every bite I took, there were either pieces of onion (a topping I did not order) or the taste of cinnamon sugar. I got through 2 slices and had to just give up and throw it all away.On top of all that, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Rude employees who act like I'm an inconvenience for them (despite me being a very friendly person!) and let's be real, round table is one of the most expensive chain pizza places so that's just unnecessary.
