Stopped in for breakfast and the dining room was mostly empty. My waitress was super accommodating and my food came out quicker than expected.Food was good. Biscuits and Gravy hit the spot, eggs over medium were correct!
Grant our waiter was extremely attentive even for how busy it was. My steak was tender and mouth watering. Definitely didn't any A1 sauce. Only downside was most of the younger workers and servers seemed irritated and acted like they didn't want to be there. Hopefully Grant can get them in shape! Also if you dine here you must get the fried zucchini. hands down the best I've ever had. Very light batter and a good pepper aftertaste.
Ordered the Shack stack burger and fish and chips. Haven't been in here for 6 to 8 months. They streamlined their menu, not as many choices. The burger was good as always, fish and chips, I think they changed their breading. It wasn't as good as we remembered. Their dessert case by the front entrance used to be a thing of beauty. Lots of wonderful, saliva generating, bad for you goodness. This time only 4 choices. But in all fairness to Reedville Cafe, times have been very trying for restaurants the past 2 years and you do what you have to do to survive. They have survived and I hope they will prosper again. They serve good food, great waitstaff and are reasonably priced.
Always a great place for good food. Staff is amazing. Friendly, fast and always a treat.I had the club sandwich with fries, and a cup of clam chowder. The sandwich perfectly put together and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious! The clam chowder is by far one of the best chowder around. They don't skimp on the claims and it has am amazing flavor. I should go here more often, as it always huts the spot.
This place looks so friendly and fun. Friendly staff greeted me. Seated quickly. Today I ordered an 8 oz sirloin steak dinner for $24.99. Expecting a dinner salad first I was informed my dinner did not include that. Give me a break... $25.00 steak and no salad? When I asked why ...I was told it was due to food prices going up. Im EXTREMELY educated about restaurant operations and let me tell you that lettuce, tomato, 1 slice of cucumber and dressing is extremely cheap to buy. My server Jackie was friendly enough and added it. When my side salad came it was wilted lettuce that is usually used as a garnish in most places and so terrible looking I hid most of it in my napkin. I ate the tomato, cucumber and croutons. Now I know why they don't have side salads with entree's because they suck!When my steak arrived it was a small breakfast steak...cooked to my satisfaction. My husband ordered a hamburger and a side of onion rings. They looked delicious! We had water to drink... and we left spending $60.00! Carl's Jr. is where I wished we had gone. No I will not be back to the Reedville Cafe!
I think we will make this a regular place. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was delicious. My wife was in the mood for a chicken Caesar salad, and she said what they delivered was just right: very thinly-sliced chicken, enough but not too much dressing, good flavor. My enchiladas (a monthly special, I think) we're fabulous, and I loved the rice. It's ready to pass this place up; it doesn't jump out at you, but it is terrific.
A few weeks ago I got a take out meal from the Cafe for a family member going through a difficult time and was disappointed. I posted a review and the manager reached out to me. I decided to go ahead and try them again for another take out meal. I can honestly say I was very pleased with the results. Everything was served correctly and as presented on the menu. I had another family member pick up the food anonymously. All was delicious. I will eat here again..

Everything was great. A step above your local Shari’s or Denny’s. Loved the option to get 4 egg or 2 egg omelets. Bacon Avocado Cheddar was fab!
