Not very busy when we were there. Ordered pretzel bites for appetizers and didn't get those until after we got our meals. The waitress said somehow they didn't get ordered. Never came back to ask if we needed anything it's not bottomless fries if they don't come back to give you some. But we did learn you can refill your own drinks from the tablet on the table. The food was good.
Went to Red Robin tonight for my birthday burger and what a disappointment. Not sure where my top bun is or why the other sandwich is all smashed. We have had issues with this location before but had hoped they had improved. They obviously have not.
We haven't ordered from Red Robin in quite awhile but remembered the good burgers and fries. So we decided t[ splurge. Now I wish we hadn't. We spent $65 for 4 burgers and fries. Everything was cold although we picked it up on time. The burgers had a weird taste and were cooked beyond dry and well done with what was the worst excuse for flame cooking. The toppings were wilted. We won't be going there ever again. It's sad trying to get a decent meal is impossible and that it's accepted because of covid.
My 4 stars are an average. I have 2 close to me. 1is always staffed and the service and food are great (5 *'s). My last 3 visits to the other have been a disappointment. I understand that covid has made it challenging for restaurants. But 3 times we've been told take out only, with long wait time, or limited seating, with an hour wait. So we quit going to the one closer to us.
I have loved Red Robin for years but this location has failed me every time. I stopped on my way home, ordered through the ap which would not let me use my reward. Did curbside pickup. It said my order would be ready at 3:26pm. I called them twice...they finally brought it out at 3:50pm. More like a hit and run. I'll take my prepaid tip back thank you! I ordered fish and chips. The fish was lukewarm with mushy batter, and the fries cold. They included a ton of ketchup packets, but no tarter sauce. So disappointing, and not worth the $16.99 I paid. Terrible service...cold food.
Your new automated systems is not great. I couldn't even complete a pickup over the phone. It was having a hard time discerning that I wanted ketchup with my order. It gave me the option to speak with someone and it just rings then hangs up on you.Once I was able to reach someone they sent me back through the automated system. After 3 calls I gave up trying to place an order.
I enjoy coming here every know and then as my wife and I live in the area. Great burgers and service. Usually bubbly atmosphere. So I enjoy it! I realize it's a red robins and not a (insert random culture) 5 star restaurant. But I do enjoy it. A lot! Thank you.
I have been coming to this location for years and yesterday was the worst experience ever. Service was awful , employees on there phone not carrying about anything around them. The food was cold !! I was super excited to try there new fondue burger and when we got it everything was cold. I ask the employee is the fondue was supposed to be cold or hot just to be sure I got the correct thing and he said hot. ( it was super cold ). They took 15 min to bring us a “warm” fondue by that time our burger was cold. And the fries where old and cold like really.
We went for my son's birthday. For the most part all the wait staff were incredibly nice and positive and the food was what we have come to expect from Red Robin. Our waiter specifically was awesome! There was one lady however, that walked around complaining about the staff around customers and was incredibly rude to my guests. This would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for her souring our experience. I have worked in food service before and understand having gripes with coworkers but keep it in the back and don't take it out on paying customers.
We ordered take out with curbside pick up.Food was late coming out and cold. Not impressed.
