The customer service here is very accommodating. I had trouble with the mobile app somehow setting my curbside order at a later time rather than ASAP. Their manager quickly came out to confirm the order and got the food running. I got my food in less than 15 min.On top of that, I come home and find out my Smokehouse Brisket Burger had no brisket! I called the store and the manager was enthusiastic about having a whole new burger made for the troubles.Thanks for the hard work and keeping everyone happy
Red Robin. YUMMMMMMMMMM! Their slogan is legit! So tasty! Red Robin is a great place to get some delicious food! This location felt a little dark inside, a few more lights would've been perfect. The onion rings are delictable and bottomless fries is the name of the game! Get your fry orders in fast and keep them coming! I always get the Banzai Burger and am never disappointed it always satisfies!
The dining room is beyond disgusting. I understand staffing is short but that doesn't mean cleaning is optional. Soda spills left on the floor, tables cleaned with a dirty rag, the doors were smeared from dirty hands. Considering we arrived around 430, before dinner peak, it is only going yo get worse. If this is what the dining room looks like, I don't even want to think about the kitchen
We ordered 5 meals and picked it up. Burgers, fries, sides and 1 large salad and received no sauces or dressing. The meal isn’t complete if you don’t give theses items as requested. When $100.00 is spent on take out, the staff needs to take the time to make sure the order is complete.
Pretty good food. The fish was really good but the servers took a while to get our orders when we ordered more fries. But other than that it was good.
Good food for my lunch, friendly staff. Burger was cooked just right and tasted really good....but. really wanted a french dip sandwhich...they no longer serve that :( bummer they were really good. Anyway, the burger was good and i had a nice meal.
Red Robin Hillsboro has always delivered top notch food and service. This is our favorite restaurant and has been for over 15 years. One of the top items on our list is their larger beers, as well as their Sam Adams taps which makes a Red Robin Larger and it is excellent. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great experience and awesome food without stripping the bank.
1/28/2022My wife and I were looking for a Friday afternoon getaway at Red Robin! I had a Bacon Cheeseburger and Steak Fries with Ranch Dipping Sauce and a Coke. My wife had a Whisky River Chicken Wrap and Steak Fries with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and a Freckled Lemonade. This is our normal order and we love it. They were generous with the fries and drinks. We sat in the bar. Our Waitress was attentive and always near. We had a perfect midday date!
My husband and I placed an order through RedRobin.com, and unfortunately when our order was delivered we only received a couple items from ours and the rest was for another customer with the same name as my husband. (To the other Jacob that ordered delivery tonight, i'm so sorry about your order!!) I called into the restaurant and spoke with Georgia, who was so friendly, and she quickly got me on the phone with her manager, Kathleen. She gave us the option to come pick up our food from the restaurant after they remade it, but our hungry kids were ticking time bombs so sadly we couldn't wait. She promptly made it right by refunding us for our entire order, and was extremely kind and easy to work with regarding the matter. Thank you so much Kathleen and Georgia for your help!!
The burgers were GREAT! Service was exceptional. Had not been there in awhile, however we will be back soon. Please stop by and enjoy.
