Food is good.Restaurant is cramped with storage spilling into customer area. You may serve your own drinks but not, for some reason, help yourself to forks or napkins, which you must ask for specifically. Not the greatest if dine-in experience, but quality of food is such we will not simply take them off our list.
I love Qdoba and get it quite often. One suggestion I’d make is to make sure you pay attention to online orders. A few times I’ve come in, I ordered my food and was quoted 20+ mins for pickup, which is fine. The problem, is that sometimes I get there at my pickup time and wait an extra 10-15 minutes because they keep helping people as they walk in and instead of pausing to complete the online orders.
Excellent food, friendly staff, quick service. They also include the extras at no charge, queso and guacamole, Qdoba rocks!
Just fine. Tacos are really good and choice of meat is excellent. A lot of the dining room was closed for delivery setup so not many places to sit.
I already love Qdoba so I decided to get some even tho I was in a hurry. I ordered my food and was waiting to pay with my card out while a lady was trying to figure out her gift card at the cash register. The employee mustve thought it would take awhile to figure out so he gave me the burrito for free. Good food + free food = 5 stars!
Awesome customer service and great teamwork between the manager and staff when completing your order. From the front door to the bathroom this is facility is super clean! The dining area is open to the public with a mask on policy until you are seated. If your local to the area they are hiring, so come on down and fill out an application or grab a bite to eat. The food is AMAZING!!
I had an order through the app. After waiting in the store 30 minutes past the promised time, they had not even started any of the online orders. I asked for a cancellation and refund, but no one “knew how” to do the refund. There were 6 people in front and not one could work on the online orders?!? There were so many tickets for online orders that they were all over the counter! Ridiculous! I would like my money back!!!!!
CHIPOTLE IS KING. QDOBA stinks! They’re stingy with their sauces (lady only gave me 1 choice) with my two quesadillas and bowl lol. They’re greedy with their portions (more than chipotle) and flat out don’t give out more than 1 sauce per individual item off the menu you purchase. The food itself is a solid 7/10. Truly lacking in portions, flavor, generosity & service. Stick to chipotle don’t come to this chain of restaurants. No idea how they’re staying afloat every year.
