Ordered delivery. Didn’t get anything on our sandwiches except for meat and cheese (no dressing or anything. Disgusting and a complete waste of money. Super disappointing when you’re pregnant and craving a sandwich with lettuce and tomato and Mayo at the very least and none of that stuff was put on your sandwiches. Again, such a waste of money.

THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A CONTENDERAttractive atmosphere, Great set-up to make a great sandwich. EXCEPT IT WASN'T. I ordered the Chicken Club, which is about 8" long for $9 something. After choosing the bread, the first teammate puts on the turkey, cheddar, and bacon and sends it through the toaster. The second teammate puts on the vegetables, dressings, and wraps it (this is where the wheels fell off), and the third teammate collects your money.Seems like a well-oiled machine, EXCEPT oil isn't even an option, NEITHER are cucumbers, green peppers, or olives that I wanted on it!Oh, and if you want Ranch instead of mayonnaise - THEY DON'T DO THAT EITHER! The second teammate offered a portion cup of ranch "that I could put on myself" then started to wrap my sandwich. I had her stop and provide the ranch and sandwich to me, so I COULD PUT THE RANCH ON MYSELF before she wrapped it.It could have been a contender for the best sandwich shop around, except for the POOR SELECTION of vegetables and the TOTAL ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, from team mate #2

Ordered a Cubano online for pickup, got there grabbed our bag ordered chips and paid for them and left. Get home and get my food out of the bag only to find a more from them inside the bag stating that they were out of pulled pork. Not once did they tell me when I was in there that they were out of pulled pork or offer to change my sandwich, nor did they call me since our number was on the order. So basically I paid for a ham and cheese sandwich for the price of a Cubano which costs more. Poor business practice on their part. Rather upset customer here. But at least they made my wife's sandwich correctly.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! They are so confused! If you order an original it's smaller and skinnier than a skinny, and more expensive?! It's like ordering a large soda and getting a small that cost more than a medium! Employees are extremely rude! I will never order from them again! They should fire the whole crew!

The food is good but unfortunately the manager feels she is entitled to tips so I won't be back. It is not customary to tip for carry out service, and coming over to look at the screen as I pay to see if I tipped is a good way to lose business. Humble yourself.

THEY TOASTE THIER SUBS!I’m originally from San Francisco. When I had the good fortune of moving up to Beaverton 6 years ago, I thought it would be hard to find the wide assortment of world cuisine I was raised on. I was wrong about that. What I did not expect was to find that local sandwich shops up here Don’t Toast their Subs! In SF most local places (that are left) toast there subs! The cheese melts, the bread gets crunchy and the cold cuts beat the chill. To me, that’s a perfect sandwich. Potbelly is a chain, and chains are the only places up here that toast. As chains go, Pot belly is just plain cool. The staff are sweethearts, all of them! The subs are just right.

Ingredients weren't fresh. Salad was old and some pieces of the greens were slimy. Chicken smelled sour. It's really hit or miss. I guess not surprising since it's really a glorified subway. After enough bad experiences will not be coming back.

I ordered from Active Menu's with a flawless experience, they communicate every step of the way, although delivery wasn't an option at the time for my location, the pick up process was without fail, my order was accurate, fresh and still piping hot! So delicious, thank you for making my crews lunch experience a great one!

As a delivery driver I try to wait for as long as I can for my orders as I understand that there may be orders ahead of mine, but I sat and watched so many people get their orders and had me waiting in the store for upwards of 30 minutes. Time is money, and the lack of communication by the staff by not giving me a time frame had me lose money. Id ask in the future that the staff is more communicative with delivery drivers but at this point I will no longer be a returning customer or pick up deliveries for this establishment.

Just left and the sandwiches were delicious as usual, but the customer service was awful. Short unwelcome attitude and responses. The two young woman had zero customer service or friendlyness. Was paying and noticed hot water just pouring into one single shake tin and commented that was a bit wasteful.....her response was "that's how we do it and we've been busy"and leaves it pouring and overflowing in the sink. Disappointed in the overall experience, but love the sandwiches.
