I ordered pizza and 16 boneless wings with extra sauce... they gave me bone in wings with no sauce... so then they correct it and put like 3 drops off bbq sauce on my wings. Also I was overcharged by like $10.97. Definitely never ordering from this location again
Pizza was fine but when we went to pick it up (02/26/22) the manager was awful. She was obviously overwhelmed which is fine but absolutely does not give her the right to berate her employees and call them incompetent, and yell at them because she feels he was taking too long to complete a phone order, this is why managers can’t keep staff.
I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and double bacon, and they didn't give me any bacon, the app told me it was ready and it took 15 more minutes, and the service in the store was very bad, so I don't recommend it
Not after the rudeness of the driver I ended up with today over his behavior even after reading my grieving sign on my door. This driver is better suited as a commission only sales person sadly. If I wasn’t so hungry and my option for eating today I would of just let him take my order back and get a refund because of him.
The pizza should arrive at least warm - it was almost completely cold when we got it. It was cold outside, but I thought driver is used warming bags? Also, they were only three to five tiny mushroom pieces on each large slice. Very different from the quality of years past.

Awesome service! Ordered in store then went next door to Grocery Outlet while they made my pizzas. Came back just as it was coming out of the oven. They remembered my name and called it out cheerfully as I re-entered their door. I felt like I was entering the set of "Cheers" lol!Great service, great pizza. You guys rock!
Over all service was great given the fact we had snow storm. But what was a bit much as the price for the taste of the food. Unfortunately thats what make pizza but last option kinda thing.
There is a huge evergreen bush in front of my townhouse, the TH numbers are blocked. The driver/delivery person waited on the Sidewalk for me to retrieve my order, to make sure she had the proper door. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank-You Pizza Hut, I appreciate your food and EMPLOYEES!!
If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the third and final time ordering from here. Every single time, the order is late, even if I do a future order for 8 hours later. Tonight was the last straw. It took two hours to get to me when it was telling me 30-40 min wait time. I called the store and no answer, waited a little bit and tried again, got an answer and the girl tells me it hasn’t been dispatched yet, they’ve been busy and driver says another 20 mins for it.. so of course, it’s going to be cold since it’s done but hasn’t even been dispatched. Anyways, the person on the phone then hung up so quick I couldn’t ask about a partial refund or even credit for another time since I’ve already waited an hour for delivery. Fast forward, we get our food, and the driver literally handed it to us and walked away, said nothing else.. rude much? Open the food, hard as a rock and cold. Can’t even eat the bread because it’s so hard. We just said screw it and didn’t eat dinner at all. Now I’m looking for a number to call to complain without getting hung up on again
