I ordered a pizza and a couple of sides via delivery through their website and only received the pizza. When I contacted the store asking about it they blamed it on the 3rd party driver provided by Papa Murphy's online ordering system and said my only option was to come get it myself after I had already paid a delivery fee and tip specifically to have it delivered. They took my money and did not provide the service or 2 out of the 3 items I paid for.
Best papa Murphy’s!!:) they relocated earlier in 2014 ish now in town center a great location I do wish it was larger just for parking a bad staff and all :):) always my favorite and tonight’s dinner
The last two times I’ve ordered a large pizza over the phone to this location I arrived at the store to be told I ordered a family and was being charged the higher price. I told them I ordered a large and even double checked with the girl taking the order because of the screw up last time. Do again I had to stand snd wait for a large to be made! No good customer service to accuse me of making the mistake, then make me wait to get what I ordered. Is this a new way to increase your sales? What happens to the family size, just sit until someone comes in expecting a fresh pizza and give them my reject. I won’t be visiting your store again!

I know, this location is always very very busy. They are non-stop working every single time I come in for my online order and I know they are all working hard!! Service can be slow, and there can be lines of people sometimes out the door.Food is always good.Be patient with this team. They're doing great, and a lot of them are young. So be kind. They're trying to get orders made, paid for, and picked up as fast as they get em.

Meat mixed in Vegetarian PizzaThey need to be careful, this is violation of customer trust.
All five mini murph pep had no peperoni. No box and no chef stickers. When i pointed to the cheese and said can i get to extra of the cheesee, they came back with something else i did not recognize they misplaced a pizza. I was visiting with a friend and grabbed pizza Saturday. They are over staphed yell at eachother. My papa murphy's by my house is under staphed but are way together with there service. This this one needs training and god flies really.
Ordered a pizza though the app, was told 5:07 ready time, arrived at 5:35 and was told it would be 30 min until my order was ready. Asked for a refund and was told that it couldn't even be processed until next day and then takes the standard the days to process. No receipt could be provided showing a refund. That is unacceptable.
Poor customer service practices. They gave my Pizza to the wrong customer freebie for them... This can happen but I was standing there while the didn't say what's up until I asked again then they say they are remaking it, I tell her I may not have time to wait and she stared at me like too bad.... maybe offer a salad or a soda for you mistake not mine.... maybe apologize on the spot not just walk off and leave the customer wondering what's up until they ask again.
