We saw your advertisement on TV about the new chicken sandwiches and we're very interested.I stopped in and got the Spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and myself.I was somewhat surprised when I went to pay for them at almost $12 each and received a small sack with 2 small cardboard containers. About the size of cheese burgers at McDonald's.Long story short, the sandwiches we received look nothing like the ones on TV. They were much smaller and had no lettuce or condiments. Really nothing special about the sandwich other than the outstanding prices.Live and learn. Everything looks and taste better on tv

Very nice place. Good food and coffee place.

Three out of three time, this location has gotten our large order wrong. When we are having a team meeting and there is one or two people without food, the morale goes downhill in a hurry. Even after asking if they have double checked the order, we are short. Next time I'll order 10 separate orders. That way I can account for all of them!

Bread was a bit stale. I had also ordered a focaccia bread and when my order was ready, it wasn't included. When I tried to stop a staff member to ask about it, the response was quizzical and then an attitude of "that's not my job". They simply could have said that I needed to check in again at the front register. Normally I love Panera but pretty turned off by this location now.

I paid $21 for two steaks and cheese sandwiches the size of my tiny hand with a piece of bread… so yeah we still hungry. Better eat on Starbucks for comparison. I understand that everything is expensive but charge me more and give me a right size. Quality is the same as good but if you are hungry this is not the sandwich that will satisfy you. Sorry I have no pictures, I thought for a second that I was too hungry to review complaining but after finishing we can totally feel that the small size was not because we were hungry. I did order togo.

I haven't been to Panera in awhile, and it's been years since I've visited this location. Today's visit also happened to be the worst experience I've had at any of the Panera breads I've visited in the Pacific northwest over the last decade. If there was a way to claw back the tip I was prompted to make before receiving my sealed, but not complete order I would.

Delicious soup but the bread wasn't toasted.

The caesar salad wasn't great personally, but it was okay. Its croutons The mac and cheese sauce is really well done, but in terms of value for what you pay, it doesn't seem worth it, because of the size. 10$ for an easily personal bowl, and that is the largest size.

We ordered through the Panera app not knowing it was doordash. Would have picked it up myself if we knew it was. The tracker kept pushing our order back till we finally called. The manager told us they saw our order but were closing early due to weather. Such terrible management to not even call a customer who's order they knowingly are ignoring. I will make my own overpriced sandwich and watered down soup from now on.

My biggest gripe for this particular panera location (which is 100% just like every other panera location) is they frequently run out of ingredients by the end of the day and you have to sub or change your order (avocado, I'm looking at you). Earlier in the day is generally not a problem.Annoying, first world problems for sure (thanks Covid supply chain issues), but it has caused me to alter dinner plans more than a few times, especially when ordering ahead online for pickup, which is otherwise fairly friction-free with Google or the Panera app.
