Awful experience. Firstly, I was hung up on for trying to place a to go order and was told that they weren't cooking anymore despite being open for another thirty minutes... Then when I got there, I was greeted with glares and no welcome and once again told that the kitchen wasn't making food anymore that evening, but were open for another fifteen minutes (until 10, as advertised). The staff was rude and cold and didn't seem at all happy to have our business. Four other individuals came in after us and were turned away - despite still being opened. If you're going to stop making food at nine thirty, maybe advertise that... don't say you're serving food until ten and then stop early.Wouldn't recommend this location, the employees weren't even friendly. ?
Online ordering is a joke here. I arrived at 7:57 and my order was supposed to be done at 8 soI expected a tiny wait, but it ended up being 15 minutes late. So I waited almost 20 minutes, and wasn’t acknowledged until after about 15 of waiting. Their pickup shelf is behind the cash registers so you have to inform them you’re there to get it. Myself, and two other people were waiting by the shelf and were being ignored for walkins, not even acknowledged. When I finally got my food it was leaking and soiled the bag. So the sauces from orange chicken and broccoli beef ended up all over the seat of my car and then on my bed at home once I noticed how bad it was. They package things horribly, and make you wait forever.
This is probably my favorite location in my area. As usual they were very busy. The staff seemed a little stressed but were still friendly. The food was hot and in process of being filled quickly.
Took my girlfriend here and she witnessed an employee putting chow mein back into the buffet line after being in a togo box that was touching other foods. Now she refuses to eat at any panda express.
I went to this Panda Express at around 9:26 p.m. and thought that I would have time to order food before they close at 10:00 p.m. and when I got there the manager I believe her name was Giselle I didn't know because her name tag wasn't showing but I heard it from another employee she was kicking everyone out and saying they couldn't make any more food and that's what they had left and I got the rest of what they had left and tried to be happy but I couldn't help but feel like I had no time to order my food and some of the employees were being let go when we got there before they got off their shift and they were cleaning around us while we were ordering rushing us out I tried to make a comment on the receipt but it wouldn't let me send it through I tried seven times on the website.
Use to be great but with the raising of prices on the items and reducing portions I will spend my money elsewhere. ~$8 gets you only 1 scoopYou are better off spending a few bucks more for a meal at a dine in restaurant
Good is good but online ordering is subpar, on multiple occasions, I have ordered at least 30 minutes in advance and I always have missing items, weather it be utensils or sauce
I have been to different panda express. but by far this is the best one that I have been too due to its staff. The food is always fresh.
Orrible place and it is not so much panda .. they are the workers who do not do a quality job !! I ordered 5 orders of which I only received 3 .. and before delivering the order, they do not verify the rest that it is correct before delivering hand-to-hand. This is the second time and don't open any more
Idk if its just that no one orders the rice so they keep around all day what they cooked but twice I've gotten rice for me and my two year old and its dry and unchewable and gross. I got the honey almond shrimp and it wasn't even sweet and for some reason it was white n creamy which its not supposed to be.. Nd the orange chicken doesn't taste anything like orange chicken usually does. The portions for the price is crazy and I love egg rolls so much but these just plain taste bad. Store bought frozen eggs rolls in my air fryer taste better. They need to add kids meal items? There's litterally nothing here for young kids.
