Rice dry,and not hot.chow mein not hot or fresh.chicken ok.side eggroll was the worst ever had burnt,fell apart in hand and was very dark color like it had been sitting.not even warm to touch,barely warm to cold.in today's times how is this served and gotten away with considering high prices. Its terrible.they don't let u inside,make u go thru drivethru..they figure people will not notice,and or be long gone,and won't complain,because long gone and or don't have time to complain or get resolved.too time consuming and zaps your energy.this should never be tolerated, especially with these very high prices.cant count how many stores have visited, very high standards. This was terrible vist..
Lunch time! I love my job! I’m blessed! I work all over Portland. I do get to try a lot to different type of foods. Today was panda express, beef broccoli, sesame chicken and grilled chicken. ???
Food is always pretty good for a fast food joint. We are all bummed to find out the Sweet Chili Chicken is no longer served. Tried their shrimp for the first time and was pleasantly surprised!
The lady Dinora handling the register was rude, basically threw my napkins and utensils at me and then shoved the food into my wife’s hands. This is absolutely unacceptable. You work in the customer service industry time to learn customer service skills.
Every time I've gone in they are friendly. The food is consistent at this location. This speaks of good management and therefore, happy workers. I will return again and again since it is close to my work.Broccoli beef is always a favorite.
Love this location because it has a drive-thru! It's always very busy until closing, food is best around 6pm imho.
My second time to go to. Usually not as bust after 4:00 ..depends on the day and week. If ya come latter in the week let's say after 5pm the Drive through would be busy..some dishmeqls would not be available..the last time I went there some of the team member didn't give cookies..but I understand it's busy and we are all tired after work..overall the service was great the food was hot and very yummy. I'll never be tired eating Panda express...love the food no matter what forms it comes..most importantly it's not soggy, or moldy taste like.
The food was great but the kids meal came with a 6 oz apple juice and not a 12 oz soda as said on menu.Also I did not get a cookie of any sort.If your going to change what we are paying for change it on the big menu behind you.
This place is quick and very good. It's easy for me to eat healthy here. I get the bowl, grilled chicken teriyaki without the sauce and super greens! Drive through people are super nice!
Every time we go there they’re out of something. We go through the drive through and it’s 5:45pm and they’re out of brown rice as usual. I order Teriyaki chicken and the person asks if I want sauce on top, which I say yes. Get home and no sauce including the ones I ordered at the window. Guess I need to go in so I can watch them make it, or check it before leaving might help. Oh well…
