Placed dinner order for 5 pm pickup a full hour ahead. At 5:25, I was still waiting along with someone else who also had 5pm pickup. A man came In for 5:20 pickup, and his order was already ready?? I watched 30 people get in line and get their food, while they didn't even start our order. Finally got our food at 5:30. Won't bother again!
Ordered food for pickup at 8:46PM. It's now 9:11 and still waiting. Most is ready and cooling off while I hear them say 10 more minutes for the teriyaki. Why scoop the other good to just have it cool??? And why not give a realistic wait time!Also watched them give teriyaki to people who walked in AFTER my scheduled pick up time which caused them to run out for my order that came in first.
Dropped by after work and surprisingly there was no one in there! Quick in and out, food was hot and fresh, great friendly service, and totally not disappointed. Always enjoy their food.
Staff awsome always on top of the orders I'm there to pick up for yall. I appreciate the tips that comes from those orders as well. So to the staff and the customers THANK YOU great place to do business
The server had a bad attitude, the rice looked crusty and gross as did some of the other dishes they had. I ordered teriyaki chicken they didnt ask or give me teriyaki sauce, I went back up to the counter aske politely for sauce, she gave me cold sauce from under the counter. All in all bad trip to panda express, this location use to be really great.What happened panda???
The five star is for the cook BIG shout out for George I believe was what the manager said his name was ... Long lines but they would be even longer without that kid duces✌️
I eat at this Panda Express a few times a month, and when Nicole or Susan are there, it is amazing. The food is always good, they always seem to have smiles on their faces(behind their masks), and they have incredible memories because somehow they always seem to remember my name, and what I like to eat, and if I want to try something different, they always have good suggestions for me. And ever since Covid, their restaurant seems cleaner than any other restaurant that I visit. Overall it is always a great experience, and good food. Coming from people that really seem to love their jobs. Keep up the great work girls, as your attitudes and smiles really shine thru during these difficult times for all of us...
I will NEVER step foot in a Panda Express restaurant again.. I ordered a Mushroom Chicken entree and got exactly one piece of diced chicken the size of the fingernail on my pinky finger (I do not wear fake nails so we are talking about 1/4 inch). My meal was purchased in "drive thru" service at the Cornelius, Oregon location. Therefore I had no way to take issue with what I received at the restaurant.. Needless to say I felt shortchanged and blindsided by what I received when I opened the box at home. I'm 70 years old and did not want to make a return trip to request either some chicken or my money back. I did call and asked to speak to whoever was the evening manager. That person was rude and just hung up on me without one single word of response./acknowledgement of the issue. I've had issues at other Panda Express locations. The worse one was when an employee was eating out of the wok instead of serving the customers. I raised issue with the manager about that and was summarily ignored for bringing it to their attention. AVOID THIS PLACE. POOR VALUE for the $8.49 that is charged for a 2 entree plate. The protein portion is microscopic! I feel the rating of this experience does not deserve even the coloring of one circle
I tried the online ordering. Half of the items weren't tliated there. So I called in and the girl said oh well I'll add them please order online so I went back and tried to order online order again and still no items. When I called back I was told to order through doordash or Uber eats or one of those delivery services because they had a long line. I don't want to pay the extra fees from doordash , ubereats and all of those delivery places, I was shocked and upset I ended up ordering from somewhere else and I can't believe this is how they treat their customers.
Very slow... Every time I order food here I'm amazed at how slow they can make a production line setup run?. Maybe they're just always understaffed. Good orange chicken through!
