Great service , icky food. Uncooked rice and the meat was a little off.
Portion size was small for the price. Food taste is below average. We tried the egg roll, Singapore Street noodles and changs spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was sweet, and nowhere close to spicy. It tasted like orange chicken, so not sure how sweet the orange chicken would have been. Chinese food takeout is 90% better than this and much more wallet friendly. Won't be visiting again.Service is decent and staff is friendly.
We visited this location on 11/12/2021 and the food was absolutely terrible all around, for our entire party. The broccoli tofu that I ordered was beyond disgusting in both flavor and texture. The rice texture was just wrong, possibly left-over and re-heated, and had a very off flavor to it. The tofu was rancid slimy mush held inside a deep fried skin, worst ever. We were told twice by management (on 2 separate occasions) that they would refund our purchase and they never did, and felt as if we were lied to about it. We hate leaving bad reviews for businesses, but this one is 100% deserved. Will never go back after being lied to about the refund.
I am disappointed. PF Changs has an allergy protocol that I have always been comfortable with. My son has a peanut allergy. I ordered online and I ordered 3 items: two of them allowed me to flag the item for a peanut allergy, but because I took advantage of an online combo special, the combo page did not have an option for an allergy flag. I called and spoke to the manager and she basically told me she was incapable of intercepting my order to make sure it had the correct allergy designation. I'm not mad, just disappointed.UPDATE: We picked up our order within 5 minutes of the time quoted, and our food was cold. And half of us got food poisoning from eating it. Sigh. Disappointed.

Great tasting food! Good sizes food servings! Little bit on the pricey side but great service & clean restaurant & busy at all was nice.
The atmosphere is awesome, the drinks are good, but the food tasted like it was completely microwaved and lacked seasoning. Neither me or my partner finished more than a few bites of our food. The waiting staff is awesome, just not my go-to for eats.
The food was so good!! The server was really nice and really helpful. I will be back again soon.
