The pictures don't do justice but This place by far hands down is the best authentic Mexican food I have ever had! The proportions are huge the flavor is phenomenal and you definitely don't expect for such a tiny little cart to make restaurant/franchise-worthy delicious food!!! Really liked my Taco Plate and the accompanying broth/sauce for dipping was very tasty. Can't wait for my next lunch at OG Birrieria.

The birrieria pizza is HUGE! Enough to feed 3 to 4 people and is packed with meat!! It taste just like the tacos but yknow...horizontal. There's so much flavor you don't need the sauces.Everything was hot and fresh.The wait was longer than expected but definitely worth it.
What a great find. We got the birria burrito, and was not disappointed. Lots of tender flavorful pork. Just a Lil rice. And something I've never had before was cheese on it. Believe it's a mozzarella, but surprisingly good on the burrito. Had half for lunch and half for dinner. It was a big burrito. Tortilla had a nice exterior crunch. I'll be back for sure. Oh, the watermelon water was very refreshing and went well with the meal. The green sauce had a creamy avocado taste. The red of course was the heat bringer.
First thing, that's always important to me, is cleanliness of facility and how the employees work. I've been here three times now and upon observation their space is always clean and the employees work clean. This is paramount to return customers and food integrity. Next, to the food: the tacos I had are some of the best I've had in quite a long time. They might even be the best in hillsboro, certainly that I've seen. Highly recommend the OG tacos with the consome for dipping. It is a revelation. Considering the quality of the food and the portions, the prices are fair. Pictured I have the four Taco plate and a large quesadilla and it was right around 22$. OG truck is my new go to spot, don't think you'll find better within the downtown area. ?
Yummy the Birria was better than what I've had in TX , this pic does the burrito my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves
Bought the birria ramen and I can say it taste disgusting. Don't buy it go for the tacos instead. Moreover the wait was 30 minutes and it wasn't busy.
Birria Burrito is enough for 2 people but don't let that stop you. Pretty good food!
