Great customer service!! I am a former General Manager at a busy restaurant and I can't help but watch as people work while I'm in a new place. The staff at this location seem to not only be knowledgeable about their menu but were also able to handle some issues I had with my order promptly in a very helpful and friendly manner. Oh and the food was good too. I will definitely be back
Terrible!! This location has horrible customer service……We arrived 10 minutes before closing and they refused to take our order and were EXTREMELY rude about it. They could have been really nice about turning us away, but instead everyone at the restaurant decided to glare at us and the rude Asian woman with a snippy attitude should not be working in customer service atmospheres. She was unapologetic and very bratty, while the rest of the staff had resting you know what faces.
Noodles and Company have upped their game!! It has been a while, but I gotta say their noodles are among the finest. Also Mac and Cheese as a side???? Best idea ever. Japanese Pan Fry was quite tasty and got to try it while having Mac and Cheese, but honestly stick with the Mac and Cheese and you won't be disappointed. Also love their new signs for your order!
I think it was seven bucks for a Wisconsin mac and cheese bowl for lunch. The noodles were perfectly cooked al dente. Fresh grated cheese on top just warm enough to melt it. It was delicious the dolphin man at the counter was polite and helpful and carried my meal to me as I said by the door. I'm definitely going back .
Always a good go to place to eat. I love their soups as well as mac n cheese! The staff is always friendly and they give out great coupons!
Noodles and Company is the best Noodles place in the Northwest. The Mac and Cheese combinations are to die for, the Pesto special is awesome. So many great meals wish they were in Seattle.
We have been here before and everything we've tried was delicious except today when we added the marinated steak to our dish. The steak was a bit too tough! We'll give it another try before we start knocking off stars! ?
I ordered shrimp scampi to go. When I got home and opened my food the first thing I see is a hair on my food. ☹️ Do not recommend this place.
I live at the beach and drive to the hillsboro location always. The portions, are huge and have never been disappointed by the food or service. Love it.
Wow. If never been to N&C, but it's one of my wife's favorites. Now I know why: it was terrific. She had an Asian bowl, & I had Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, with Meatballs.. And it was . . . Superb! I'm going back! Wish there was one near our home.
