Charming, lovely staff. Sad they were out of boba and sesame balls, would have loved to try them. The tempura shrimp was delicately crispy, the snow bubble smoothie was fun (make sure you stir though), the salad dressing was fun and not like anything I've had before.
Why is there a convenience fee of 1.50? I order online, I pay online and I go to pick it up myself. I can't think of an easier transaction for you, I do all the work. what's the convenience you're providing that justifies me paying extra. If I walk in and order I wouldn't pay a fee and you'd have to pay an employee to take my order and process the transaction.
my husband and i come here almost on a weekly (sometimes more) basis. we LOVE the katsu, teriyaki, and fried tofu bowls. SO GOOD! portions are perfect, consistent every time, and the sauce flavors taste homemade (not like sugary bottled flavors if you know what i mean)
Everything in the bento box tastes great, especially the black&white rice, very authentic with the perfect hardness.
I work for GrubHub. I will never deliver from this location again. The owner is very rude and nasty to not only me but also the people that work for him!!!
Definitely great for take out.... Ten minutes drive home and still steaming hot?!
They are always welcoming, friendly, and their food is very fresh tasting and yummy!
Flavors are consistently good, but I am disappointed that their shrimp tempura is not very appealing any more. They used to be rather hardy and nicely breaded just like in the photos, but now they are more like anorexic shrimp-sticks!
One of my favorite places. For chicken yakiaoba. Spicy of course.
Wait time? bearable. Employees? As cheery as spongebob. Size? Astronomical. Food? Great beyond words (except the egg roll sweet and sour sauce). Overall would give this place a solid 8/10.
