I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery.At the beginning of the pandemic when I ordered the quality and apparent attention to detail was great. In the 24 months since the pandemic began the quality and attention to the order placed has dropped significantly. The toppings requested are rarely fully included and the amount of toppings that are on the pizzas ordered is much less than before. I would pay a small amount more for the overall purchase if the items ordered and amounts included were increased back to the original amounts.Thank you for your time.
Great place, staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and the remodel looks great. Please update your credit card processing so 20% gratuity is an automatic option. Having 10%, but not 20% is an insult to your staff.
I ordered two pizza and I don’t know what sped is working there, but they made the absolute worst pizza I’ve eaten in my pizza eating career. Absolute garbage! A pet monkey with Downs can do better than this. Jesus Christ! I will never eat at this establishment again
MOD is a great concept. Quick, reasonably priced, in fact I only have one complaint. Why don't you offer sweet chili sauce as a sauce option? It is a different sauce, truly delightful, and available on pizza everywhere except MOD.
MOD pizza is great, however this particular location is NOT. I have ordered at least two times from this place and the first time they sent me the wrong pizzas with the correct order receipt and everything. It was taken care of and I only had to wait 40 minutes for the correct order, but the pizzas were sub-par compared to other MOD locations. The second time I ordered, both of my pizzas were burnt on the top, but undercooked on the bottom and doughey. They are skimpy on the cheese here and their red sauce tastes funky like it's spoiled. Maybe I just always get them during a bad time? I don't know.
The Chipotle of pizza? Some folks like that experience and product. Perhaps they'll like this as well? If I'm going to go out for food, I'll choose quality and an atmosphere other than the soup line experience.
The food was good as normal, we came in around 4:40pm, and were helped by a younger guy making our pizzas. You could easily tell he didn't want to be there by his attitude. He was pretty short with his replies and was really abrasive custo.er service wise. He wouldn't let us finish our sentences, and when me and my partner were conversing on what veggies to get He would let us finish talking and would just go ahead and put the items on even though we both agreed we didn't want those toppings. I'd just not go here, and go to the MOD in cedar hills as I've always had outstanding service at that location.
Choose any number of topping, from variety of sources, cheese etc.Tastes pretty good for a hungry stomach!
Love their pizzas.. You can add as many toppings as you want for no extra cost. Friendly service.
