I went through the drive thru at 7:51pm on 06/07/22. I was in the lane closest to the restaurant. I pulled up to the speaker and as I waited for someone to answer, the other lane had 3 orders taken. So I said, “Hello?” “Are you there?” Someone finally answered and told me to hold on. Finally took my order, then I pull up to pay and he reads out the wrong order to me. Every time I come to this McD’s the service is horrible! This is the last time I will come to this location! Third time is definitely not a charm!
Went to order to go inside since the drive thru was busy. I get inside and the manager says she won’t take my order and I have to use the kiosk. Ordered through the kiosk and then waited at the counter for 5 more minutes while she ignored me. Took forever to get my food and I was the only person inside ordering. Ignored since the drive through is busy and the manager could care less. I’ll drive the extra mile to the walker road location in the future. Customer service is non existent.
Found this McDonalds because of pukicho, thought I'd check out why. Love reading the complaints 10/10 totally understand why they'd take this building to a deserted island with them. Keep doing the Lords work.
Picked up a kids meal at a really busy time, went inside- the guy was the nicest! I didn’t even wait that long… not sure why I expected bad service (not fair of me) but they were Amazing! Thank you guy.
The slowest drive-thru, ever! I went a little before midnight on a Monday night, and even with two drive-thru lanes, they still managed to make a 20+ minute wait. If I wanted to wait for my food, I’d have cooked something actually substantial but tonight was just one of those nights that I wanted to slowly kill myself with fast food, but even that was ruined by your incompetent staff.
A very nice looking McDonalds. The drive-thru women was helpful, kind, and patient as I was picking up two large online orders and had spilt a bottle of water all over my seat. I came through a bit later and got myself a muffin and frappe, both were delicious. Thank you super early morning crew at Tannasbourne McDonalds for your all around 5-star service!
Mobile order, went thru drive thru. 1. Sprite was disgusting and clearly out. I got carbonated water. 2. Ordered 3 ranches and 2 sweet and sours, only got one sweet and sour. 3. my fries were dumped in upside down. 4. Window person shoved my drink and food at me.
Drive thru is always backed up. Pickups take 30-45 minutes. Worst location right after cedar hills blvd McDonald’s for wait time. Other McDonald’s are not as slow it’s pretty obvious when you pick up orders at these 2 locations the people working don’t have any motivation to do anything I can cell orders here a lot
Some nights they're slammed. Some nights they're a ghost town. No matter what they're fries are always served fresh stone cold.Go ahead and try them in the drive-thru right before you decide to pull away.I swear it's like they put them in the fridge first as a cruel joke on themselves. Every. Single. Time.But hey they've got the most consistent ice-cream machine out of any location I know. And THAT deserves at least TWO stars all by itself because hey we all knowReally annoying about the fries though. Feel like a Karen checking them every time but nowhere else gets it this bad this often.... be a banger of a Micky's otherwise with that ice cream machine magic they got going....
