Again slow. They were doing really well for a while where you could go through and not spend 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and yet now we're back to no matter what you order you end up waiting for them to deliver to the second window. Was also kind of surprised that overnight it seems they no longer serve breakfast throughout the day so when I pulled up and asked because I didn't see it on the menu I was met with kind of an attitude and that really was not something that makes me want to come back. I hope that one day that they can fix the issues they have with staff. I understand it's not easy I understand that it can get tough but there's no reason to take it out on the customers they're asking a simple question.

Wait was extremely long. Assuming staff shortage was the culprit. Asked for extra pickles, didn't get them. Staff was friendly, fries were hot and fresh. One of the better McDonald's yo go to.

The employees look at you when you're waiting at the register but don't bother to help you! This happened with more than 2 employees in the store! Food was missing a few things too. This all just tells me that this is a poorly managed store. I'm not going back, suggest you don't either.

Good service , only issue is they have a fountain next to drive-thru, and it make it hard to hear. Who ever that thinks a fountain next to a drive-thru is a good idea is not bright.

Just came through the drive-up. We ordered 3 large meals but received 3 medium drinks. When I pointed out the error, the woman working the drive-up snarkily said, "I can't take it back" then threw the medium drinks in the trash in a huff. We got home and found they neglected to give us straws.The fries are not only cold, but limp as wet noodles. Wendy's is seeming better and better.This used to be a flagship for accurate and friendly customer service. Now it's horrible. We live less than 2 minutes away from this store, but will now be taking the extra time to go elsewhere. Management needs to get control of its employees cause you're giving McDonalds a bad reputation.

Worst drive through serviceDon’t recommend this place at all.It’s the 4th time I get my food wrong.

Always always cold French fries...... always I waited almost twenty minutes for curbside pickup. Went in and my food was sitting on counter not only that it was ice cold. Not a drop of warmth in anything. The mcdonalds app is amazing though.

This location is consistent….about never getting the order right and not including the food for a full meal. Service is terrible and the level of ineptness is off the charts. Time to rethink your staffing and service strategy.

I live pretty close to this location. It's really frustrating when you order often and you can count on something being incorrect or missing more often than having everything correct and how it was ordered. The workers are nice, but honestly I just want what I ordered.

Ever been driving your niece and her friend to get their things together for a Harry Styles concert late at night and all of a sudden they are hungry. They Forgot... to have dinner? Well thank the Good people at this McDonald's for being open. Everything else seemed closed. But the lights were on and there were vehicles in the drive through. And I may or may not have performed a very quick double lane change to get there even after being pulled over once already that night. But it was what was needed at the right time. So even if it isn't almost the middle of the night, the location and friendly people here make it well worth the stop.
