Drive thru lines not working but instead of closing the lane they let people sit there and build a huge angry line. Go inside to order. Poor employees don’t seem to have enough support and are frantic. Fries are so well done they’re inedible. Burger was frantically thrown together. Just threw out the food, didn’t bother getting money back - been here way too long.
Waited for more than 25 minutes in drive through at a time when there was only 2 cars ahead. Fully staffed but all are super young - looks like teens.( All giggling and gossiping when window is shut but Not at their stations. )Normally I try to be kind about this kind of thing but I had two hungry neices... you know it's bad when a little kid says, "these people aren't even working auntie!" Well, that and the other saying, "we should never come here ever again!"... seriously, they're 6 and 8.
I've come to this location many times. I understand it's fast food. However, the quality of the food being put together and getting the correct order are far and few in-between for me. The store has messed up my order the last 3 times I've gone and I order a oreo McFlurry almost every time and it's never mixed. Just the top in of ice cream is "mixed" with the oreo. The rest is just vanilla. It wasn't busy as It was me and one other car in the drive thru. Kinda disappointing.
Its fast food nothing special.So....I went inside cuz the line in the drive through was a lil long for my liking. This is the second time that I have been inside since pre-covid. So I do apologize if im a lot out dated.If you thought fast food was lacking in personality, that get to know you better approach. Well, guess what? It's gotten worse with the order at the machine and wait for your for your number to be called. Hell, if you can get the staff to look you in the eyes, and I was there to see it. I'll buy your meal.They messed up my order and the food was somewhat warm. One would think with the amount of traffic they get, the food should be fresh.Again, it's fast-food.
Slow service. Great prices. Mediocre food. McChicken worth the 80 cents I paid for it .
They literally have the longest wait time for any McDonald’s that I have ever went through. They take forever to acknowledge you in the drive thru and there is literally 7 cars in each line and we didn’t move anywhere for about 10 minutes. They need to increase their efficiency because it’s ridiculous
The food is fine, the people are nice. But they consistently fail to give ketchup and other condiments for to go orders. It's frustrating to get home and not have the things I asked for.
This is the location we frequent because it’s close to our home, but they constantly get our order wrong. Usually our oldest is missing cheese from her cheeseburger, or they forget items all together. Today they gave my youngest child Mac sauce instead of nuggets in her Happy Meal. Today was the final straw and we will be driving the extra distance to a different McDonald’s the next time, or better yet may just stop giving our business to McDonald’s in general because this location is a complete disappointment. Might I suggest not putting sauce in nugget boxes if your employees are not going to pay attention to what is in it. I didn’t even go back to get the free nuggets they offered for the mess up, because I’m fed up. Do better.
The African American lady at McDonald's yesterday afternoon had a very Impeccable and impressive attitude. I wasn't having a good day and when she had offered her bubbly personality it lifted my spirits. I have never came up on an employee like her. She is so awesome and I needed that. Thank you.....
Boy I wish they'd listen to what we were asking you try to get fries with no salt and you're getting fries with double the salt it's like every time we go there people are not paying attention they need to slow down for a second and just take a moment and make sure that the order is correct plus include napkins
