Absolutely recommend!!!!!!
They do take orders at the register. The food comes out slow but not too terribly slow, and the food is ok when I get it.The dining room is pretty small. They don't clean it regularly (they seem chronically short staffed) so the tables can and probably will be dirty. Plus, homeless people just sit and loiter in one section of the small dining room, further reducing the tables by about 1/3 (management doesn't seem to care about this).
Customer service is atrocious!It took me a half an hour to get my order!Their is NO counter help!They will help you when they get distracted from the drive thru portion of business.Don't open your dining room, or to go counter if you don't want people there.It's easy.You don't have an employee there, so the guests are now feeling unwanted.It's sad.McDonald's is supposed to be the pinnacle of the industry...Better take note of others...Who do serve their guests.
If I can give 0 Stars I would most definitely give 0 or even negative stars !! The staff over here at the 1st and baseline location really needs to learn customer service.1.They completely messed up my order2. When I called to report about it they didn't even apologize for it instead said you can come and pick up the correct order3. When I went to pick up the order too ..they didn't have the courtesy of acknowledging they made a mistake or bother to apologize.
This idiots I park the opposite loves truck stop am truck driver and unfortunately they refuse to served me, claiming they only serve people with car through the drive through, I ask to cars eat food and in the window please serve me and they refused, don’t ever go there you’re I’ll come back hungry and annoyed, this place deserves zero rating
I love using the app and get rewards. Plus it's very unexpensive, a cup of coffee for a buck!!!....anywhere else is almost $4. With that I get coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
The food was good but I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes before someone would come take my order. Then the cashier was really snotty and short with me while she was taking my order. Super annoying.
This location is awful. Unsanitary and the employees are rude. If you value missing items in every order and employees who are handling phones and car keys before touching ready to eat foods, then this is the spot for you. Otherwise do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's on cypress and tv highway. I will literally go 10 times farther to a different McDonald's because this location is so terrible.
We did not get ketchup or napkins,I had to raise my voice to get help,and also help at the counter,when i asked for napkins,and told that someone has been waiting 5 min to be served, and smart remark was "we r buzy" ---my thought was with what ,only doing drive thru,and neglect the customers at the counter???? AND THEY NEVER SAID THANK U TO ANYONE, when we were there,not even us. They favored the drive thru.
7 minutes. SEVEN MUNUTES. Thats how long it took for a Mexican to take my order. If i was a Mexican, I'd get my order taken quickly. 3 employees looked at me and 3 other customers and not 1 said anything. Just chatted like they always do. Finally the manager camr out from the restroom to take our order.
