Used to come here a lot and loved the food. Last few times we came they were out of stock of most things we wanted and the wait for any food was extremely long. Corn dog has raw dough in the middle but the flavor is good. Way overpriced. Came in today because I was craving their chicken and waited at the counter for five minutes and no one even checked on me. I didn’t hear anything so I’m not sure if anyone was even there. No bell or way to know if someone comes in. All the employees I’ve met there have been really nice but service is bad and food is overpriced. It’s really too bad because I think the food is good enough.
Was excited to try out their two zone corn dog and fried chicken wings. Similar to other reviewers experiences, They seemed to be understaffed and undertrained. The wings were good but the hotdog came undercooked with raw dough inside.Asked the employee and they mentioned that they followed the exact timing provided by the cooking guide.
Extremely odd experience here. They were out of most things that were on the menu, the staff was very confused and not trained properly. The screen at the register was disgusting, had sauce on the back of it and smudged all on the front. It seems like maybe they opened before they were ready?I work in food service and I understand that staffing is difficult right now, but a place operating this poorly should probably just be temporarily shutdown until they figure things out.Cannot recommend, I was so excited to try the corndog too.I will say, although the service was bad, I think the employees are hardly the ones to blame. I think the management/owners is/are almost certainly at fault here.
The service here is terrible. I would give this place 5 stars for the food, it’s delicious, but the experience is severely dampened by the service. The employees aren’t mean or anything, but you can tell they are just really understaffed. Not the employees’ fault, but the management’s if they aren’t paying their employees well enough to keep them or haven’t hired enough people. Shame on the management. All times I have been in here, the food has taken an enormously long time to be ready. Like almost half an hour, even for just a corn dog. I have also, like other reviewers, tried to go in when it is “open” only to be told that it isn’t actually open and or that they don’t have anything ready. For example, one day I walked in at 11:30, after they were supposed to be open at 11, and they told me they wouldn’t actually be open until 1 because nothing was ready. Similarly, I went in there today; when I was ordering, I asked how long would it take for a corn dog? They said 5 mins, I said OK. 10 mins later, I come back, and they had forgotten about my order so they started it then, and it took another 10 minutes to be ready. Altogether the time I spent waiting to order and waiting for my food was almost half an hour. The timing is just way too long and unreliable. Pretty unacceptable. Management needs to do better.
Skip this place - No sides, no specials, no sour cream no chicken, no wings no music no TV.. honestly Koi Fusion needs to mercifully shut this location. Koi Fusion used to be something special, this was SAD.
Wow!! The tacos are absolutely delicious!! I tried beef and pork. Both were a flavorful party ? for my tastebuds!
food ok. they were out of most the things on their menu. you could hear employees cusing
Had some really great food. Ordered the soy garlic boneless chicken, pork tacos, cheese sticks, and the French fries. The soy garlic chicken came with a lot of chicken for the price and while soy garlic is a basic Korean sauce, it was still incredibly good. The pork tacos were just the right amount of sweet. The cheese sticks were made with panko breading, which was different than normal but had a nice taste to it. French fries also had some nice herbs on them. Food service was fast, and everyone was nice.
Would be 5 stars for really good food, but lost it all because the cook was wearing his mask around his chin, not covering his nose or mouth. However you feel about masking, it makes me believe they don't pay attention to health and safety requirements.
Really unprofessional. They close whenever they decide to close. I’ve gone twice and both times they closed up early. Today I was told at 6:10 that they are closed. She said that the store is open until 7 but the kitchen closes at 6 - there’s literally nothing in there but the kitchen. Not worth it. Don’t come.
