I went to this kfc for dinner last night. The worst service I have had in a long time. I ordered a $20 fill up and a bucket of chicken for $11.99. Total should have been $31.99. The lady ran my card but didn’t give me the receipt. I immediately checked my bank account and they charged me $40. I asked her what she rang me up for and she was rude and said I rang you up with what you asked for. I then asked her why it was $40 instead of $31.99 and she had no clue. So then she got her manager who came over so I explained to her what I ordered. She said she would refund me but she would have to then charge me again for what I wanted. It ended up costing me $71.99 to go there last night. I still don’t have my refund and my bank doesn’t see a credit so know I have to dispute the charges and wait for my money all because she didn’t get my order right. Make sure to check what you are getting charged for before you leave that location.
This fast food is great! Food is always fresh and warm! Super clean, hard working and attentive staff! Mobile ordering works great!
This is one of the few fast food places that actually has excellent customer service. The food is delicious as always at KFC.
From a del driver pov the employees and the customers are great alway on top of things my order I'm picking up for there customers is always ready and the customer seem to appreciate it. I love KFC
Great food, I recommend extra crispy. Prices have gone up though.
Food is 10/10. I requested sauce 3 times, and they even asked a fourth time before giving me my food, and I still didn’t end up with any bbq. Other then the missing sauce and forgetting my drink food is great.
They move so fast to get everyone's orders completed and we never have problems with old food.
This location has always disappointed us with the quality and freshness of its food.
I ordered online while in the drive-through line. By the time I got to the window, they handed me my order with no waiting at all. Great service! And the food was good.
We received raw bisquits and they didnt have any original chicken breasts so they substituted extra crispy that had no taste. When i tried to call and complain no one answered the phone. I will be calling again in the morning. I could not beleive i actually received raw food from them and that was after i paid extra to have extra with our meal. I will never go to this kfc again after i speak with them in person regarding this
