I've always loved Jimmy Johns. Now, the staff they have been hiring are sadly young kids who don't seem to know customer service. I have been there two times in two different months and both times I was yelled at that they were out of bread before I even got my second foot through the door. They didn't offer alternatives such as their wheat bread or lettuce wrap. Why are you open if not making sandwiches? Also, I'm vegetarian. I ordered my vegetarian sandwich i always order with no edits. I get home and it has a bunch of meat on it. This was the only sandwich I ordered and I was the only customer at that time. I ordered to-go, saw all the meat and called. I was told by a young woman that it was "its the same sandwich, just take off the meat" .... so many questions and concerns about this response. How do they act with people who are gluten free or have allergies, and did I even get charged by the correct sandwich? - every visit they go down hill a little bit more.

I was looking for a sandwich without mayo (I am allergic to mayo) and was excited for the Italian with oil vinegar. I went to eat it and it was drenched in mayo. I called and asked if under the Italian it said mayo. He said it did not but apparently at the top of the menu it said all sandwiches came with mayo. So frustrating! I was only looking for a sandwich without mayo and saw this one. I am just very hangry and now without dinner.

Prices were a little high for the size of the meal, but the quality of the food was surprisingly good. I had the Bootlegger Club with provolone cheese and I added peppers....the peppers weren't very spicy at all. It was a good sandwich with some room for improvement.

Great cheap subs

Contrary to popular beliefs it was actually so slow I almost freaked ? jk jk. But on a real not this was the slowest and unorganized jimmy John's I've ever been too. The service was kinda blah and I probably won't be back again

So they say they are open till 9 pm, but don't go in at 8:45 as you get attitude because they already started to close (tip, lock the door if you close early, duh) but take your order before realizing they threw away all the bread, so they can't help you. Obviously bad customer service, but I also cringe at the thought of all the bread being thrown away when there are organizations that could take it and use it to feed the hungry.

I ordered the #14 Bootlegger Club with extra turkey and extra roast beef. They charged me $1.79 for each of these requests. My sandwich had the regular amount of meat which is still measly. The kid taking my order was a brat. Any time I spoke he kept saying “is that it”, or “is that all”….no kid…I’ll let you know when I’m done! While taking my order the manager was talking to him and saying she needed the register. Seriously, don’t say you have “freaky fast” service if it means treating your customers like garbage. It’s not cool. You want a good sandwich, go to the location near Wilsonville…they know what they’re doing!

Very weird visit today at this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered on the app 45 minutes before closing.. get a confirmation email that my order had been received. I then received a call 10 minutes later from one of the employees saying they were out of ham and couldn’t make my sandwich, so the employee asked if he could void the sandwich and give me my money back. Well, I was almost to the store and hungry, so I just asked if he could make it with extra turkey. He said ok but then said “well, are you sure you’re going to be here on time? we close soon”. I told him yes, that I was literally down the street. I walk in two minutes later and all the lights are turned off. I finally get my food and had also ordered a soda. Soda machine was completely broken down, turned off.. 30 minutes before closing. The gal had to put it back together and turn it on for me. A couple other guests walk in behind me, and the employees said that they were closed.. (they were not). I then open my sandwich to see ham AND turkey (which is what I wanted, so I was happy)… but was upset that the employees lied to me about not having ham just so they could close up early. I understand wanting to go home after a long shift, but you need to stay open til closing when your hours posted online and on the doors are accurate. On the plus side, my sandwich was good and one of the three employees was very helpful when getting my drink.

First time at a JJ's. Great tasting fast food. Good menue selection. Better than Subway by far. Any JJ's at the northern coast in Oregon?

I have been ordering from this location for years, but today my sandwich interior was missing the request for extra lettuce and mayo. It also had less meat, one small tomato slice, and no onions. Not sure what happened! Where's the meat?
