Placed my order on the app, got to the store at 18 minutes after my order- nothing ready, and only 1 car in line. What's the point of using the app if you have to wait for the order to be made AFTER you get there? This isn't the first time either. Good food, nice people, but slow as hell.
Randomly closed on a Saturday afternoon while having a sign complaining about labor shortages on their drive thru window. Everywhere else was open in the area. Maybe consider offering competitive wages.
It's very good for sure for the price and amount for the sandwich we were very happy with our costumer service and the time it took
The woman in the Seattle Seahawks sweatshirt working the drive through needs to not work in customer service. No greeting when we pull up. Just says what can I get you. Uhh okay. Then she hands off our food and my husband says “thank you very much” she just looks at him and turns her head away. Won’t be back to this location.
Always great sandwiches. Drive up was a little slow on this visit.
I go to this location pretty frequently. Every single time I go, I ask to have my sandwich cut in half. I've tried it by ordering through the app as well as just ordering at the drive-thru. They have literally NEVER cut my sandwich in half. It boggles the mind.
I had ordered a meal online to be delivered at noon. My lunches are for 30min. They never showed up and I had to go back to work. At 12:35 I finally got a call from the driver letting me know my food was here. I told him I could not come get it because I was working now. I wasted nearly 20.00 on that meal, and I am still hungry. They are not freeky fast, and I will never order from them again.
You guys were in the weeds and training a new person so wait was longer than normal but absolutely not a problem. Thanks for busting it out and always appreciate the food. Much love!
