Very good subs. Love their rolls. They had the best meatball subs of any place and now they don't carry them anymore. Sad
Are you hungry enough to trade your arm and leg for a yummy Sammich and soda? Well if so, you will not be disappointed. Best customer service ever!!! There's usually a guy (unironically named Mike) who's making your sandwiches like there's a gun to his head and his life depends on it. Love him and his work ethic. Give the man a raise.
Excellent customer service!Ordered two cheese steaks to go, got home and discovered that one had onions and peppers in it (I had ordered it plain with just cheese and steak). Called the manager Tommy and explained the situation; he was so nice and offered me a replacement sandwich at no charge.It's rare nowadays to find such good customer service. I will be back soon for the delicious cheese steaks and the friendly service.
Stopped there for the gluten free option, but saw them making a cross contamination mess (crumbs everywhere, including the gluten free table, putting extra toppings back into the bins, etc.). If they didn't claim to do a good job at maintaining a gluten free option, this wouldn't be expected.
They can’t seem to get it sorted. Ordered Friday night over the phone on the way out of town to the coast. Three sandwiches. One was completely wrong (had bacon when asked for it not to be and wasn’t warmed up). Bread was over cooked and rock hard but still served. Cut the top of my daughters mouth, so she was screaming all the car ride to the coast. Wife didnt eat her sandwich so I got to deal with her mood for 1.5 hour car ride as she was hangry.Wife was carving the sandwich she ordered on Friday so we tried ordering via app this time. Same result. Her sandwich was missing lettuce and Tom’s. We asked for them to be added in the notes of the app. Again I took the brunt for the mistake. We’ll be skipping this location. Fix the basics.
Nice restaurant and about 90% time without fault. When they do make a mistake they have been willing to fix it. The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out. I recommend using there app as it's a better experience.
Give this staff a raise! All 4 employees that I encountered, were SO pleasant and so helpful with my requests that it has renewed my faith in hospitality workers. I had a stellar lunch experience and my yummy #9 with chipotle mayo and provolone was perfectly made. It put that OTHER sub place to shame (really, no competition anyway). Thank you, thank you for a job well done, you made my first lunch at Jersey Mike's, a perfect one ?
The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and the #9 with chipotle mayo was fan freaking tastic!
First time ever having Jersey Mike's. A little expensive, and it was just ok.
As far as sandwich chain restaurants go, Jersey Mike's is probably my favourite. It is pricey though, but when I want a decent Philly cheese steak, or an Italian sub this is where I'd go. Mind you, this isn't Philly but the quality is better than say Subway. There aren't many independently owned sandwich places around that could serve as an alternative. This particular location is across from the Hillsboro Costco and is perfectly ok, one issue is that it shares a small parking lot with a Chipotles and a Mod Pizza, so during peak times it can be difficult to find parking.
