I'll start by saying that the place is nice inside, the staff is friendly, and they fry a good cheese curd.Unfortunately, the pizza is terrible. I don't know what part of Jersey they're from, but they clearly didn't learn to make pizza there. There is nothing Jersey about this pie. The crust is horrible. No crisp outer crust with a chewy middle. Instead it's heavy, dense, and gets hard when it cools down. Zero bubbles it. It's like they just don't proof their dough at all. Then there's the corn meal coating the entire underside. There's so much that it starts giving the whole slice a weird mealy texture. It's gross and shouldn't even be used, but then again neither should those weird mesh pizza pans they cook the pies on.The sauce is meh and the cheese is too. They'd get tossed out of Jersey just for trying to pass off a 17" pie as a large.I was so excited to find a little bit of Jersey out here in Hillsboro, but after trying this place twice I don't think I'll ever come back for the pizza.

I have tried to give this place a couple chances but now I feel as if I have no choice but to give this rating. I am continually disappointed in the service here. Tonight the woman at the register was unfriendly and short. She mentioned a couple times how they were closing soon. It was 7:20 and the sign said they close at 8. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be ordering food 40 minutes before close. Our food came out in parts and then we were rushed with last call. The last time we visited they started turning off lights and music before the place was closed. In my mind 8 closing means you can order until 8. Maybe you should say closing at 7:45 if you are going to kick everyone out then. I felt like an annoyance and a burden to them. It was not pleasant.

This is our favorite pizza spot in the area! Each time we have been here, the service has been great and the pizza is melt in your mouth good! ?The holy trinity, white rose and classic pepperoni are all amazing! Loove the poblesto sauce.I recommend getting the holy trinity and requesting bbq sauce drizzled on top.

I'm originally from New Jersey and since moving here 9 years ago I've searched for a good pizza out here. The pizza is really good and probably one of the best in the area. I don't recommend going on a Friday though or any day that they are busy because it's not worth waiting over an hour for a pizza. After waiting a long time they also gave my husband's order to someone else which caused even more waiting. So overall I recommend the pizza but I also recommend avoiding going here when it's busy.

My daughter has softball practice at GHS sometimes and that is how we discovered Jersey Girl. Their pizza is always delicious and take have yet to be disappointed.

I found this place by chance and I'm glad I did. I've gone here a few times for the pizza and so far this has been a go to place for us. The pizza is great and the service is a plus. Everyone from the staff to the owner were very friendly. If your looking for a great pie give them a try.

Ordered online for the first time tonight. The process was quick and easy. Got there a little earlier than pickup time so had a drink while we waited. Very cool atmosphere, buzzing, and super friendly staff! Will definitely be back! And the pizza was pretty darn good too, ready to try all the different pies! ?

Not Jersey style pizza but dang good. They actually use pizza ovens instead of the conveyor belts u see so commonly in Oregon. Nice selection of beer and cider on tap. Get the G.O.A.T pie. You won't regret it.

Here I sit. Waiting for a pizza that I ordered online at 11am. I came to pick up the pizza at the scheduled time and was told my.order was messed up. Sat and waited for the correct pizza and had to.back off the people who.had already left to meet me at the right place. Don't get smarmy with me, you're the ones who can't get an order right and I sat wasting time in your lobby. Never again and will dissuade all I know from going there. Pizza was marginal at best.

I used to like this place. Gave them 5 stars 3 years ago and ordered there a number of times since but this will be the last. I understand and want to be patient as I know staffing is hard. But to tell a customer a wait time then almost double it once I arrive was more than not okay for carry out. Last time we waited for 30 mins past the 45 min time estimated when I ordered for pickup. This time they said 35 mins until ready for carry out...... which is fine. When I arrived it took a while to to pay and let them know I was there. I pay then get told it's not ready yet again 10 mins after when told it would be. They said 7 to 10 more mins. I said just cancel it. I left the 7 dollar tip for a single pizza for the employees as they should not be penalized for the issues. Owners / management is to be held accountable not them. I only say this as I dont mind paying or waiting. But treating a customer like this wont keep you in business long in the resturant industry.I suggest going to Pizzario only a few mins away as they use a real woodfire oven too.
