Super friendly service and willing to do curbside pickup so I didn't have to mess with my wheelchair.

Whenever I get Jamba, I make a trip especially to this location even when there are closer stores to me. The entire staff are very sweet, friendly and kind. And put up with my husband's request of surprise him with a drink. They make our drinks perfect every time whether it's trying something new or sipping on a favorite, they are amazing.
Worst location by far.Orders can take 10+ minutes even if you're the only one there, sometimes there's nobody out front.Tried ordering delivery. Took 3 HOURS. WHYYYY!? I only live 2 blocks away!No warning it would take this long until AFTER I paid and there was ZERO way to contact or cancel or do ANYTHING.I had to leave for work after waiting 2 hours and so maybe when I get home I'll have some melted Jamba on my porch.Thanks guys. Screw you.
Great service that was rather quick. The staff member knew her menu and was able to assist with selecting something that I enjoyed.

Not my favorite location, by any stretch. The staff here seems to cop attitudes easily with their customers. I have seen it several times, but today I got to enjoy it myself. Also, this location seems to skimp on serving sizes. I say this, because I order the same thing every time and at every other Jamba I go to, I end up with a small cup of extra (because the add-ons I pay for take up extra volume) but not here. So when I commented today about the lack of consistency, the employee (Ashley) wanted to argue with me. Then when I called her on it, she tried to play off like she didn't mean what she had just said. Add to that, the fact that there was only ONE employee doing everything, while another was sitting in the back, in spite of 3 customers in the store, this location and this visit were dedicated substandard.
Always stop here on my way into Portland very good way to stay healthy
