I absolutely love Jamba and have since I discovered it right when Covid first was publicised and I’ve always ordered the Island Pitaya! For the last 3 months I have gone to 3 or 4 different locations and then tonight I called all 3 Beaverton/Hillsboro branches and they are still out of frozen pineapple and are still not able to make this delicious drink! I live miles away and drive 45 minutes and looked forward to it every time, glad I chose to call tonight and they are still offering to substitute peaches, mango or something else! I tried this with mango and it is definitely not a delicious Island Pitaya! Just one customer that is hoping this drink comes back sooner than later! Super disappointed but guess I’ll enjoy more once they figure out the pineapple dilemma!

People were nice enough, but my drink was so short?? Hmm... shouldn't it be filled to the top or at least pretty dang close to it?
Ordered through the app for delivery. Person never delivered it so I asked for a refund and after the delivery service company finally told me I was supposed to contact jamba directly I did so. They told me I’d get my $25 dollars back in 2-3 days. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to been paid back. So 1 star due to them not resolving their issues…don’t trust the app. It’s more hassle than anything and you will get screwed
I ordered 2 mediums of the same.Not only did the drinks come in 2 different sizes but also colors. They put 2 drinks down and never called my name so they sat there while i waited and waited. Then after a time asked what i ordered and when i responded the gal making them pointed to the ones melting on the counter and then turned away to another customer....awesome.
Sometimes they don’t always answer the phones, but I call in my order almost every day and they always have my order right and on time. Super friendly staff and they are surprisingly efficient being understaffed. Definitely recommend!
I always go here to get my wife smoothies after she has dental work done and the workers here are always so so so kind and fast! They always ask about my day and what I'm up to, and one time they gave me a size up after I mentioned my wife having been at the dentist. It takes them like no time to make smoothies I think the workers here are magic.
