Every time I come in there food is cold never warm if little warm they have bad service always forgot your food etc. i try to call and they refused to answer the phone after all just bad experiences
Love those tacos.Tried the mini tacos once and it was delicious then I drove to another location twice and ordered the mini tacos and it wasn't appealing, no lettuce just to much Doritos powder
In my opinion, this is the Worst Jack in the Box, ever!Used to be great, but now cold, stale food and fries, bad service, and a clerk with mask pulled don off his face, and handling food with bare, ungloved hands. The same hands he was handling money with!Manager didn't call back as I was expecting.Do yourself a favor, and go to Jack's on Imbrie when you are in the hillsboro area. Much better service, and food quality.Good Luck!
The last 3 months I have went through the drive thru, the food is barely warm, buns dry and tough, all in all, not good.
Food is good for fast food, not great. They are experiencing shortages and are out of several things but that seems to be a universal thing anymore. Just something to be aware of.On this particular visit the staff seemed to have a hard time understanding the order. Had to repeat multiple times and the order was still wrong.
They turn off all the lights and delay the drive thru so they make you think it’s closed. 11pm on a sat night when they close at 12pm. Management must be not trained or care about customers. And this is definitely not the first time
Breakfast Jacks are a classic. Hard to give 5 stars when they shorted me one though.
1 car in front of me on a slow soggy Saturday. Turns out matches my food. Tacos were cold, literally cold tonthe touch and couldn't eat them. Employee acted like I was a bother. How can you put out this poor of quality and you're not busy? Guess why they aren't busy....lesson learned.
Not sure what’s so difficult about a three item order but very disappointed in having food delivered and seeing my mini tacos bone dry when they were suppose be be loaded and with extra cheese sauce not sure how you screw up something so easy.
This location has always delivered on tasty food. I love the late night munchies deal they have and their breakfast burritos are insanely tasty. They definitely work hard to make sure people like me have delicious food delivered to them.
