Went thru drive way ordered two reg tacos ? and two Jr.jumbo Jack's with fries they gave me wrong order gave me box of small tacos no receipt went back inside they gave me the right tacos never gave me back the money for over charging me on the taco box so paid $8.98 for $4.98 meal ?this has to be the worst Jack in the box and they where not even busy
Ordered 2 large chocolate shakes. Person who made them did not mix them long enough. One shake had a white stripe an inch wide in the middle. The second shake had about an inch and a half of white on the top. I asked that he mix them some more. He told me they were too busy and that the machine did not go down far enough to get the chocolate on the bottom. He kept interrupting me when I tried to point out the strips of vanilla in both shakes. Finally asked for my card. He said they had already charged me so I would have to take the shakes. He did finally stir them for a few seconds more, which is all it took to fix the problem. Very disrespectful, will not be back.
I am highly disappointed tonight.It is Saturday April 2nd at 8:30 P.M.I eat here quite often.This would be my third time this week for dinner for my wife and I.We had a misshap with our order last night, but did not complain.Tonight I walked up to go in and order and the door was locked.I can see that they are still open, but no one will answer the door when you knock.I tried several times.I am disabled and cannot stand there knocking all nightSo I went back to my vehicle and tried to call.No one would answer the phone.I am watching as others try the door and even knock.Still, no one answers the door.Was person gave up and decided to go through the drive thru.Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at night?I was going to try something different tonight, since our meal was messed up last night, but I guess they don't want walk in business tonight.
I love coming to this jack n box but today I noticed someone that was sick she was very polite and professional I just think if shes sick she should not be there ?
Absolutely horrible. I asked for an Impossible burger, no cheese, twice I mentioned this. What did I get? Exactly what I didn't want. A burger, hopefully Impossible.......with TWO slices of cheese on it! It was so melted in to the bun and burger I couldn't eat it. Tried wiping it off- does not work. I am allergic to cheese!! On a break from work so no time to go back and return. Tried calling and they never answered.Last time they ever get my time and money!!!!
Decent burgers and other fast food. Okay, nothing to write home about....
Was so thankful they were open on Thanksgiving. I worked all day and needed lunch. Thank you so much
They consistently short my orders. If I didn't live so close and enjoy Jack in the Box Tacos, I'd quot going to this location
My friend and I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bowls and a loaded cheeseburger with a small curly fry on 11/12 at 5:10. Cashier josue was VERY RUDE AND TRY TO PULL ME UP WITH NO CARS BEHIND ME AND I REFUSED TO MOVE HE SAID I COULD LEAVE AFTER I ALREADY PAID AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW. I WAS A GM FOR JIB AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. PLUS THE "MANAGER " IN CHARGE ACT LIKE THIS WAS OK. NOOOOOO I AM SO ANGRY. PLUS TOP IT OF THEY ALL WAS OUT OF UNIFORM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.
Love the mini tacos but not having to pay extra for the sauce. This never occurred in the past.
