Dining room closed. You can't even use the bathroom. Drive through took 40 minutes and they didn't get my order right.The burger made of vegetable is horrible. I love the one at Burger King but don't agree with BK politics. I may try it again at a different Jack on the Box but is is very likely to be as bad as they use the same frozen product in all of the J in B locations.
I dunno what it is about the flour tortillas here but they are better than other fastfood places and so so GOOOd :) ..with scrambled eggs and impossible burger meat (w/cheese, Tabasco sauce, seasoning)...really tasty
So let me get this straight. I'm paying just about as much as I would pay at a nice sit down restaurant for unedible food? The chicken sandwich I received was old, dried out and basically couldn't chew through it. Then you ask me if I wanted sauce for my chicken nuggets and don't even put any in the bag when I requested which kind I wanted. There needs to start being a line between what you can and can't serve, because that was the nastiest food I've received.
Great place. Went inside to order from the dining room front counter and the guy worked with me I wanted an impossible meat Patty and some french fries and some bread and he treated me fairly and he treated me well.
I occasionally come to this jack in the box because it’s close to my work. They’re usually quick, and it’s about 50/50 on the customer service. Unfortunately sometimes my order is missing things, but nothing I’d throw a fit about. I’d say this is an average fast food restaurant.
Overly greasy, and they can never get your order right. This is the most incompetent fast food company no matter the location.In response to Jack in the Box, contacting you in the past has done absolutely nothing. You don't respond. You're attempt at PR means nothing.
Jack in the box is indeed one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I'm always on the go so I drop by several times a week. I often come for their tacos which are a Jack in The box tradition that i hope never goes away! They taste great, they're easy to eat and you cannot beat the price.I also love the Meat Lovers Breakfast Burrito which I can get any time of day. For someone on the go like me it hits the spot at the right time.Because of work I've recently started frequenting the Hillsboro location and I just want to say that their service has been great, fast, friendly and the food is good quality as always. Keep up the good work Jack in the Box. You always make me happy!!Dave,PDX
The wind blew the hamburger right back through the drive-through window--which I thought was slapstick funny--but the employee produced a fresh one swiftly, and without a fuss. And that Jumbo Jack was delicious. Top notch!
Good food and great servers. I told the server I was so glad she was able to make my mom and I dinner. Right after work I had to leave and drive 11/2 over the mountain and get my mom prepared for surgery the next morning. I didn’t have time to make dinner.
Brought in a toy and got a free burger. Really fresh lettuce and tomato. Meat could be seasoned a bit more and add more sauce but overall, a tasty meal.
